I am very disappointed. They organize a campaign and do not give what people have won. Deceiving people

The gluten free pepperoni makes having to live without wheat bearable! It’s so succulent and tasty, thank you Goodfellas for a great pizza product ❤️

Went there with some of my family n they served us Salad with no forks.they said they don't have any n we'd have to wait.Served the salad n ate with our fingers.vouldnt find waitress to order topping on our disgusting pizza that came out!!! Super thin now n gross!!
Ordered chicken wings n my guests spit it was flavorless!!!! N loaded with oil.
The manager said well he sells them all day n frankly didn't give a shot!
We gave them back!!!!
He took 2$ off check for no silverware or service lmao!
Ordered spaghetti dinner didn't even get bread with it bit got disgusting marinara!
The waitress said they don't have bread! Omg
Go to Mangas on avalon park blvd or try another place!!!!

What have they done to the Italian Hot?🤮 I used to love those! Now there's nothing hot about them at all and are just absolutely tasteless the cheese and sauce is foul. Gone downhill so bad.

This pizza is inedible. The sauce and cheese are terrible and the crust is so thin it’s almost invisible. I almost threw up

On September 12, 2023, at approximately 6:35 pm, we ordered Two pies and I asked the person at register that I wanted the Two ( 2 ) pies welll done and when I examined the two pizza pies there were burned.

The young lady that was rude with the young male at the counter informed me that they were going to make me another pie because the pizza pie that they had made me was burned and I returned to picked up the pizza pie it was the same burned pie that I complained and they never made another pizza pie and the young lady argued with me that it was another pie that they had made and this is a lie.

I am very upset because at my 67 years old and Vietnam era veteran I had never been treated with humiliation and embarrassment.

I will never make business with this establishment GOOD FELLOW Pizzeria on Victory Blvd again and isn’t the price of the pizza but the action that they took against me.

Not greasy, full of flavour, amazing service, fresh and tasty.
They have consistently provided tasty, hot and fresh dinner and we couldn’t be happier

The pizza pockets are pathetic. There is a tiny amount of filling in them.

It used to be so nice, now they taste nasty. I don’t know what they changed in their recipe or ingredients but it doesn’t taste how it used to at all.

The Goodfellows thin crust pizzas were our staple Friday night treat for my partner and I for 5 years. Then they changed around April/May 2023. They have literally gone from the best frozen pizza to the worst overnight. We thought it was a bad batch at first but after having 4 Fridays of inedible, bland tasting, cardboard we won't be buying ever again.

Customers notice when recipes change to replace existing food groups with obviously inferior ingredients.

Dough harder than rocks, super bland taste. Absolute dissappointment.

I just bought a Goodfellas pizza and it was the worse pizza I’ve ever bought. It frankly looks nothing like the image on the box and there’s hardly any toppings, and tasteless.Nothing like the advertising campaign. I would suggest you steer well clear of this CRAP!!

Have been buying Loaded & Pepperoni pizzas every week for at least 15 years or so and like others have said since about February 2023 the taste is so bad. At first I thought it was the batch as we couldn’t find any recipe changes online, but bought from 2 other stores & literally I couldn’t eat it, it tasted chemical. We are so disappointed and can’t believe that Goodfellas are changing the recipe, we won’t be buying anymore.

Have goodfellas changed their sauce? It tastes mouldy, vinegary, it’s a disgusting taste, won’t be buying anymore.

I used to love Goodfellas pizzas but the last two have been very tasteless. I added lots of salt to try to help but still not what it used to be. Have they changed the recipe?

I find it acceptable for its price range. Like it's not the best pizza, but it's not as bad as how other rate it. It's like you buy a toyota and expect it to be as fast as a GTR. It doesn't make sense. While quality and service could do better, I still think it's worth it as a snack. More power to you guys!

I would give Goodfellaspizza pockets no stars if I could. The dough is dry and tasteless and there is a very meagre amount of tasteless filling. I couldn't afford to throw it away so I had to force it down with plenty of water. Absolutely shocking lack of quality!

I normally buy sainsbury frozen mushroom and garlic but it had sold out so the nearest alternative was the Good fellas version with added spinach. Honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Do these people not taste their own product before selling it?? Cheap cheese which doesn't melt and no flavour. Awful. Never again.
