New stone baked Margherita recipe is a disaster, I will vote with my pocket, why change something that is not broken
Absolutely tasteless
Airfryer Pizza pockets Absolutely tasteless. The outer covering is very dry and there was no taste of anything resembling pizza in the centre. Very disappointing.

Pizza Pockets "air fryer snacks" these 2 new options ready to bake, turn out like your eating cardboard, hard dry crusty & the cheese is almost like chewing gum, the Pepperoni, has a sour taste and like the cheese is also hard and dry... wasted my money on what I thought would be a good lunch time snack
Ruined - Bring Back The Old Takeaway Style!
As far back as I can remember I have had Goodfellas “Takeaway” pizza as a weekend treat. Over the years I have tried many frozen pizzas to find one as close to Dominos as possible and found Goodfellas Takeaway range to be one of the best.
Loaded Pepperoni, Mighty Meat Feast or a Flamin Fajita Chicken pizza was something I would look forward to on a Saturday night (it’s a sad life when pizza is a weekly highlight), so it honestly puzzles me why a company would completely destroy what was a perfectly good pizza in favour of the new “New York style”. It's nowhere near as good!
I tried the Meat Feast and the Pepperoni, and they just weren’t nice at all. It’s rare for me not to finish a whole pizza, but I couldn’t bring myself to finish either of them, and believe me I tried!
The pepperoni was almost acceptable compared to the Meat Feast, but it was literally swimming in grease. When cut into slices the grease drains onto the plate and gets soaked up into the base. Great if you like eating grease but it’s not something I enjoy, plus it just doesn’t taste as good as the old Takeaway pizza.
The Meat Feast was genuinely bad. The new base is made with added honey drizzle and chilli pepper crumb. It tastes odd and in my opinion has ruined the old style Takeaway pizza.
I won’t be buying Goodfellas pizza again unless the old style comes back. Sometimes it’s best to just LEAVE THINGS ALONE!! As the saying goes, “If it’s not broken don’t fix it.” Whoever made the decision to replace the old pizzas with this poor excuse for a pizza, have they actually tried it or done a before and after taste test? What kind of psychopath could seriously think this is an improvement?! It’s madness!
So far it doesn’t look like the Fajita Chicken has been replaced, it’s just not available anymore, which to me is crazy as that was probably the best of them all and no other company makes anything close to it.
For now I’ll be looking for a new range of pizza as a weekend treat. Hopefully Goodfellas sees a huge drop in sales from these new pizzas and see sense to bring the old style back, because I won’t be a customer again until they do.
In Columbus ohio
In Columbus, Ohio, we ordered the medium size FUHGETABOUTIT, Every available topping pizza with 2 fountain drinks which came to almost $46.00. To say we were VERY disappointed is a MAJOR UNDERSTATEMENT!!! the toppings on this pizza MAYB would have been enough for ONE PIECE!!!!! I didnt even look nothing like the photo on website. I know that complaints fall on deaf ears and the companies don't really care. Just know and believe that i would NOT even go back there to get a FREE one!!!! I wouldn't waste my time!!!! even though is shows 1 star, this doesn't even rate enough to get that!!!!!!

Just tried the new york style garlic bread and it was honestly the best tasting garlic bread I have ever had in my whole life and now they are on a special offer right now I am now going to stock up on them.

People recovering from starvation or recently returned prisoners of war would not eat this abomination.
How this can be legally called PIZZA boggles the mind. I am considering calling myself moses, just because I survived eating this shit

A really excellent pizza (Margherita)
A really excellent pizza (Margherita) - not had one as good as yours for ages. Plenty of topping and really tasty. Well done!

The chicken pizza base smelt like bleach and the chicken was very soft and watery tasting.

Goodfellas used to be the only pizza I ate. Now it tastes so bad. Just the smell of it cooking turns my stomach. Incredibly disappointing.
Goodfellas Magherita takes a nose dive.
I cannot understand why a company should destroy their brilliant product. I am talking about the thin crust magherita, now a much smaller spongy base that feels tad bit plasticky.
If someone in Goodfellas thought they have improvised, why not introduce it as a new product and keep the old one going?
“New Cheesier Taste” - SIKE
Like many, I’m partial to a frozen pizza on an evening when I cannot be bothered to cook and Goodfellas was my go to for a specific reason; solid amount of cheese. They stood head and shoulders above their competitors in the same price range in actually providing an adequate amount of cheese that not only covered the pizza base but insured it didn’t dry up in the oven. With this “new cheesier taste” margarita they’ve released, the taste they’re referring to is less cheese. Thin sprinkles lightly flopped around the edges barely covering the middle. I assume this was a decision made in order to keep costs down in economically trying times, but it’s disappointing nevertheless.
Taste good BUT ….
Taste good, with the tiny segment that has onion and pepper on it BUT virtually no toppings as advertised. Isn’t this a trading standards issue?
Zero flavour
Zero flavour, no taste. Definitely a decline in their products. This was the cheese one. Cheese was definitely not cheesing for me.
Badfellas
I'd think that I would give Goodfellas the benefit of the doubt last night, and so i ate it, now the pizzas from Goodfellas are brilliant in taste but then i threw up again! it you want good taste then youre going to have to pay the price (throwing up)
Quality declined to zero.
Over the past few years Goodfellas pizzas have gone from great to awful, the bases are now like cardboard. We originally liked the gluten free pizzas as my wife is coeliac and the pizzas were a real treat. But over the past 18 months we have noticed a huge drop in the quality with the base now resembling the cardboard it’s packaged in. Never again they’ve lost us as customers.
