Please do not buy from these people. It is about time PayPal and facebook stopped letting them advertise. I lost my money and now if you look on Wish, they are selling them but also saying they are a stuffed toy. Please be careful.

I did order this “yorkie dog”with the same realistic claims. I sent an email to company because I heard nothing and asked what the status was on my purchase. Then I got an email after the email I sent,( which was about about two weeks after ordering) saying my product was sent back to logistics because of a malfunction of some kind. It said dog was being checked over at logistics and sent out in 3-4 weeks would I wait that long?. I sent back email saying with all the advertisements for these dogs there should be more than one to replace a defective product with and I thought they were scamming me. I put in to Pay Pal for a dispute on this 29.48 purchase. I sent them another email asking for my money to be refunded. Pay pal refunded my money and I recieved an email from company saying that their Pay Pal received my product dispute and returned my money therefore no product was going to be sent. So this was my experience with attempting to order this item.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Have yet to receive my order. The phone number listed is not a valid number and not even sure if the email goes to an actual person. I have reported this company to the BBB. Do not buy from them. It's a SCAM

Do not buy from this suppose company, IT IS A SCAM. Bought 3 months ago, unable to contact still waiting on goods.

I ordered the little lucky puppy which shows it comes out of a box and walks, rolls over etc just like a real one. $29.98 US incl postage. Today I received something that resembled a small teddy that does absolutely nothing. The sender was Buylogic, Chullora, NSW. This is a scam and now how am I going to explain to my grandaughter she won’t be getting the life like puppy for Xmas?
I paid via PayPal, so let’s see what they can do. Legal action is required.

Please do not buy from these scammers all fake crap and videos not even received my puppy i ordered and no emails from them at all and my order number does not exists cant track my bear dont no how facebook market place can allow these sits to be active ripping of everyone

These people should be in Jail as they are scammers. I Purchased 2 Reborn baby dolls from them back in June and the other in July not realising that the second one I bought was the same people as they used a different name. The first one was bought from gooddealsus and the second one from Got Xpress SDN.BHD. I have email Pay Pal about these people as they sent me 3 cheap plastic dolls not worth any more than $20 in total and I spent $115.00 .I don't even think they had any of the dolls in the first place that they advertised. I have contacted them through email and they do reply apologizing for the dolls and offering me $5 rebate and saying I can keep the dolls. I have sent them 5 emails asking for the dolls I purchased or a full refund of my money. The last email they sent they have now offered me $9 and told me to try and sell the dolls they sent me. These people are a joke and need to be reported. I have a dispute at the moment with paypal to try and get my money back. If anyone has had any luck with these people please post so we can all see what we can do.

Complete ripoff the 🐕 I got looks like the ones at 99¢ store I demand a refund, don't waste your money, it's not worth it.

Do not purchase from this company they are dodgy. I purchased 3 life like baby dolls for US$96 and I received today three tiny little dolls I don't even know how to describe them no bigger than my thumb. Fortunately I paid via paypal and have taken it up with them.

I ordered a Teddy Bear Realistic Toy Dog on August 29, 2020, and made my purchase through Pay Pal. I've sent the information several times to Pay Pal because of their request. I have not received any solutions. If the Good Deal Are Us mails the puppy I'll inform you. Thank you for your assistance with this transaction.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered a Reborn 17" silicone baby girl doll with accessories and what they sent (after 2 months) was a 7" rubber gender neutral doll. I disputed the purchase with them (with no luck) and then Paypal to get my money back. Paypal approved my dispute with the caveat that I send the doll back to Malaysia! I decided against that since it'd cost $90 to send it back when the doll was only $39. They are a terrible company who is baiting and switching items when you order them. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM!!

This site is an absolute scam. USD 63 for two "lifelike" dolls that arrived nothing like what was promised, and worth about 10 cents to make. Now in a battle to get our hard earned back. Be careful shoppers.

I also bought a Reborn Journey Doll at the end of June, it arrived today and I cannot believe what these 🤬🤬🤬 sent me and I paid nearly $70 for it. My 6 year old granddaughter was so excited to be getting this doll and I am not going to break her heart by giving her this cheap tiny scary looking thing they have sent, this company should be ashamed of themselves for their deceitful behaviour

My mum ordered a doll for AU $58 after seeing the ad on Facebook. The doll that turned up is the ugliest, cheapest piece of cr*p you’ve ever seen.
I initiated a Paypal dispute for her, and the seller offered a $2 refund, then an $8 one, then a $12 one. I escalated to a dispute, and the seller offered a $23 refund, which i declined, having faith in Paypal to do the right thing. Well, today we got the email from Paypal advising we have to send the piece of cr*p back to the seller AT OUR EXPENSE....oh, and it has to be tracked! I looked at the Australia Post website and that will cost another AU$20. Am livid. Have heard stories about scammers providing dodgy non-existent addresses so that the returned items can never be delivered, hence they wheedle their way out of issuing a refund. Paypal should just let us bin the cr*ppy doll and refund, otherwise these scam artists will just continue to do what they do, which is target older people who are technologically challenged (like my mum), or people who have lost babies (also like my mum, 30+ years ago). It’s despicable and i feel that Paypal is allowing these con artists to propagate and prosper. :(

I am another one that has been scammed with the reborn dolls. Nearly $50 on a piece of tat that is not even fit to give a dog. I am so disgusted that they are getting away with this. Please do not buy from this company

Absolutely disgusted and wish I had seen these reviews!!! New born baby dolls are a scam. They are an absolute disgrace to be allowed to trade like this. What a waste of money!!! I will be taking it further. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

Absolute scam, fraud and rip-off. In June 2020, I paid $57.82 AUD for a doll advertised on Facebook as '17" REAL LIFELIKE JOURNEY REBORN BABY DOLL'. The specifications said it was a totally lifelike, full-sized replica of a newborn baby specially weighted, dressed and modelled in a special skin-like material to feel like a real baby. After waiting weeks for delivery, I emailed the seller *SALVADORREM, who apologised and said "held up in Customs". This week I received a extremely inferior quality 7" plastic doll which bears no resemblance whatsoever to the description. I am making a complaint to PayPal as well.
