In early November of 2023 I purchased over $2,700 of emergency storage foods from Good2go 🙄 and well over three months and counting no merchandise. I contacted them a number of times only to get the same robot answer each time by email and the response got back in well over three days after each contact.
I WISH!!! I WOULD HAVE READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS HERE BEFORE I PURCHASED BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THE A DIME.
To whomever is looking to buy from Good 2Go..... GO THE OTHER WAY PLEASE!! Don't get in a situation like myself and other people in the reviews.

I ordered an item on Jan 6th and used affirm to finance it. The order was for two items. One arrived, the other did not. When checking order status it’s says they are preparing the order for shipping. I’ve tried calling only to have their message state they can only receive emails. I’ve sent 3 so far with no response.
I have contacted AFFIRM as well who tell me they are looking into it.
I will never use this company again. They say they are run by a family. A family of either incompetent, irresponsible, ignorant individuals or by scammers.

I've had the same experience too. Order placed Dec 3, confirmation of order received, then crickets. Sent emails, received standard response about short staffing and "don't bother trying to phone because we're not monitoring that anymore". No product, no reply. I emailed to cancel my order and to receive a refund. Still crickets. Contesting with my CC company now. Useless tits.

Like most of the reviews on here I ordered my stuff and never received. I sent several emails and tried calling with no response, except the generic email saying they’re shortstaffed I would give them a -5 if I could!!!

Ordered a freeze dryer, several excuses why it didn’t show up. Also several excuses why my refund didn’t show up either. My bank is doing a chargeback currently and investigating them. Will possibly be taking legal action as well. Avoid these scumbags and go elsewhere. You’ve been warned

I would actually like to give them a 0. I ordered 3 freeze dryers and 3 sets of trays. I waited 8 weeks with no communication of when the product would be delivered. Also, when you call, the automated recording says they no longer monitor the phone number and to send an email. I sent two emails in regards to the order and after a week of no response I had no choice but to call my credit card company to dispute the company and get my money back

I ordered the butter making kit back in November, with the website showing a shipping date of early December. Waitied and waited and didn't hear anything from the company. Ahead of Chrsitmas, I reached out for an update as it was a christmas present. No answer. Reached out again after to request an update. No answer. Requested refund. No anwer. I disputed the charge with my bank and thankfully they reimbursed me on my credit card.
Really disappointing as they market themselves as 100% Canadian. In an economy where you want to support national businesses, it's a shame that they are built on false promises and take your money without consideraiton of the customer.

I placed an order late December, 2023 at which time they charged my Visa. I have not received anything or a shipping notification in just over a months time. I have sent two e-mails inquiring about the status of my order but have only received an automated response. I have tried calling their phone number but mailboxes are all full so cannot even leave a message. So basically no way to get in touch with this company. At this point I don't have any confidence that I will ever receive my order and wonder if they have gone out of business. According to other reviews it is very suspect that they are still charging people's credit cards and not shipping any products.
I've initiated an investigation with my credit card company and just hope I get my money back.
The funny thing is I have ordered from this company once before and received my order just fine.
I would have given zero stars for the review if this website would have allowed it.

I have ordered from this company in the past, have received what I have ordered and have been happy with the products. I placed an order in October and have not received it. I have tried to contact the company and have been unable to do so, which makes me believe they are no longer either reliable or capable of filling orders. I am definitely not ordering from them again.

Placed an order on September 6th, 2023 for Jem jar lids, plus additional items to get free shipping. Have not received the order, and only get the automated e-mails from the company. I have now only read the other reviews and realize that I will probably not get my order now or ever.
I hope ppl who have been ripped off by this company get their large amounts of money refunded.

this company sucks! I ordered a yogurt maker for a gift. after it was not shipped for weeks (so I bough from someone else) I attempted to cancel the order. you cannot get a hold of them by phone and they did not respond by email. I sent a 2nd email to cancel, then I got the 'order shipped' email. I than emailed to say I want to return it...surprise! no response. My advice to you is DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered late December an item which they said was in stock, and was told it would be a month wait. I live almost four hours away from where they are located, I originally thought it was just from the Christmas rush, but that's still an extremally long wait time. Then I got an email about a problem with my address that I attempted to fix, emailed Good2GoCo Customer support wondering if everything was better and only got the automatic response. I would also like to mention I gave lots of time for customer support to reach out, I ended up email them four more times only getting the automatic response, then I tried to call customer support but they're not answering the phone. This is outrageous, customers should not have to guess if there order is coming to them at the prices this company is asking.

This company is awful I don’t even want my order anymore I just want my money back, but how would they know their customer service is a joke.

Never lost money or been scammed from this company in over 2 years with over a dozen orders filled. Good2GoCo offers high end brands which support the outdoor, cabin life. Some delays are inevitable but quality goods is what we are after and that is exactly what is provided. Hand written appreciation cards & gifts provided for large orders with delays. Money for Nothing
I placed an order over a month ago. They have my money, I have nothing for it. The phone number doesn't work and nobody responds to enquiries by email. I've initiated an investigation with my credit card company and just hope I get my money back at this point. I have no confidence that I'll ever receive a response based on the other reviews I've read.
Fraudulent Company
I don't think this is a real company. It seems like a spam. I placed an order of about 2 months ago and has not yet received my order. Jacquie from the company used to send emails at first then stopped responding. They just wanted to kill time so the order can be processed.

I placed an order on their website on December 9, 2023 and they charged my card December 11, 2023.
I have attempted contacting the company via telephone, email and Facebook, all to no avail. They do not answer their phones, emails or social media messages.
It has been a month, I still have not received the order or a refund.
I now have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge for paying for the merchandise but not receiving it. Now I will wait for up to another 30 days for the credit card company to investigate it, and hopefully give me my money back.
100% Canadian alright... 100% Canadian Scammers. 10000% do NOT recommend this company.
