STAW AWAY! I have not received my order for over $500.00. Its been a year! Ive got no responses and this company is a SCAM. Is anyone else out there taking legal actions against this horrible company? Please let me know. The BC CREDIT BUREAU HAS MANY COMPLAINTS! Ive been robbed!

SCAMMERS!! Don’t buy from them. They steal your money. They do not respond to emails.

Have you read or explored this store? Using the same logo and blurb about being: "Canada's home for outdoor gear & survival foods for any emergency. Supplies for homesteading, hunting, camping -- everything outdoors." but shipping from the US? Not sure what is going on here... The domain is registered from China.

I would give a BIG FAT ZERO rating. I ordered back in October 2023 for $151.20 and have not received anything despite the email confirming items were on its way. I emailed many times with no answer and called several time and now the phone is disconnected. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I hate being ripped off especially with items I actually wanted. SHAME ON YOU JACQUIE!!

While I haven't ordered anything from this company in the last 2 years, (mainly because their prices went through the roof and I found a new supplier) I was a regular customer prior to 2023. From 2019 to early 2023. Never had an issue. Had to wait for some items during the pandemic but always received them...usually with a note and a little bonus included for the delay. They used to be a good company. I can't give a negative review since I'm not a recent customer but I feel terrible for anyone who's been scammed since

I have ordered many things from this company and never had an issue until last year. I am still waiting for the rest of my order I paid for! What can be done... anything?

Jan 6th 2024 I ordered for 500.00 did not receive it or my money back.

I was scammed $695,51 My order was placed in November 2023. It contained Christmas presents for my family. I could not afford to replace them Shame on this company for ripping off hard working people. I am beyond dissapointed!

I am one more person who never received the products I ordered more then 8 months ago. I don't know if I'll try to file for a fraud case or just ask my credit card if this is covered. So frustrating. Their website is no longer up.

The couple that ran this company should be charged with fraud. They got us for 1000 dollars in emergency supplies. Martin and Jacque Mikoula are who run the company in Kelowna. They have another. Company registered in Salt Lake City Utah.

Got ripped off. 317$ order placed in December 2023. Never received the product. Company is now closed.

We ordered from them in September of 23. No freeze dryer or supplies. Out more than $5000. Anyone organizing a class action law suit please contact us.

Outstanding order, paid and nothing received, phoned and emails, no answer, wondering about legal actions to get money back???

Good2Go has scammed me in the purchase of a freeze dryer and supplies to the tune of $ 4571.67 CAD.
They kept in touch with me by email stating the products were back ordered and kept promising me delivery until 90 days had passed which is the length of time you have with the credit card company for disputing a charge. I am seeking legal action as they still have their website up and running and are still taking orders and collecting money. They have moved out of the warehouse they rented in Kelowna and have stiffed the landlord as well. If there is anyone else who has also been scammed and if you wish to join me in a class action suite please contact at 780-202-0207

I placed my order in early November 2023 and had purchased a huge quantity of freeze-dried meals.

By Nov.15th I realized I hadn't been sent a tracking number or any emails indicating that my order had shipped. Thought that was strange, so I decided to check out google reviews for the company, and... WOW.

I instantly went into panic mode because I figured they had snatched my money and I'd never see it again.

I contacted them multiple times (on their YouTube channel, their IG account and via their business email) and didn't hear anything back for a few days, but then I received an email from "Jacquie" saying:

"Hi **** - first let me apologize for the delay in responding to you. We are very short customer service staff and as such - we are slow in communicating. I reviewed your order and saw that we had one item that was backordered - the ground beef. I have refunded that aspect of your order and the rest will ship out today. So sorry!" -Jacquie

And shockingly... they did ship my massive order out that day and I got it a few days later. Honestly, I feel like my order might have been the last one that they actually fulfilled, when I look at all of the other reviews of people who never received their products.

Admittedly though, I won't be ordering from this company again because I'm confident I'd be playing with fire and would probably just lose my money and get nothing in return. Can't risk it.

It's extremely strange that there's been no explanation on their IG or Youtube channel or anywhere on their website that provides a clear explanation for their conduct. There's literally no transparency unless you threaten to contact your bank in order to get your funds back, which makes them even sketchier.

My experience was good because I not only got my order but they actually communicated with me... but I realize it could easily have gone the other way, as is evident with most of the other bad reviews I've read.

Not sure why they decided to not rip me off. Lucky I guess. Still, don't risk it folks.
