A great app
A great app with reliable cars, great customer service and the app works really well. Much cheaper than using the usual hire companies out there and more convenient too finding cars right near where I live. Well recommended!

Way too expensive and bad cost surprises although efficient network
In short: the Gomore app is efficient and easy to use, but will never rent again with them because they are on the first hand way too expensive, and find their way to take even crazy extra amount from us.
On other words:
We had some bad surprises on the original cost that was already very high. We have been charged a very high extra for a delay to hand back the vehicle, partly because the queue time at washing stations were tremendous. The extra cost for only 2 hours and a few minutes delay (that has been informed to the owner beforehand and that was agreed with him) represented +33% of the original amount...
That could not be discussed with Gomore that ignored our reasons.
This is simply unfair. We feel like we were scamed.

I see no reason for this site to exist
I see no reason for this site to exist. Take better care of the people renting cars. I tried to rent a car, and after confirming my request, the car owner told me I couldn’t rent it because they needed the car themselves. Fine, but why wasn’t that marked in the calendar?
I then selected another car and waited all day for the owner to accept the request, but they never even responded. GoMore, please remove such unreliable users from your platform. This is nonsense and a complete waste of time. I will never use this platform again.

Very good app but if the renter do not…
Very good app but if the renter do not pay then you don’t get paid. Although it is the app recommending the renter. Very expensive as well. I need to add I have my car there because they are still very good and have good response if something happens. But also they are the only app on the market in Sweden.
