Very good car and easy to rent. But why do you charge for an additional driver? It does not cost you anything if we are two driver and it is also safer. Really stupid.

Con artist company. Do not use!
They give you false coordinates to return the car then charge you for returning it to that place.
I would give 0 if I could.
Try to con you out of money so I had to stop my credit card to stop their fraudulent transactions

I can easily find this type of activity overwhelming, and fond myself often frustrated. However, four or five times I've used GoMore and it's been very smooth each time.

The app conveniently doesn't display 1 or 2-star reviews of sellers, but only shows the 4-5-star reviews.
I know because I gave a dubious seller a one-star review on the app, but it doesn't show on his profile. The "review" ratings, therefore, are filtered and do not show the full picture of each seller's profile.
P.S: I had a huge issue with a seller and I have to say that customer service was excellent, though.

I would like to highlight a failure in the system affecting the renters!
According to the terms and conditions of GoMore, you are liable for fines that occur also after the rental period.
What happened: I rented an electric car and when giving it back, the app was insisting that I should charge the car, else extra fees will be charged from my card. So I made an effort to charge the car acting in good faith.
Then, I received a fine stating I parked illegally too long not knowing that I would have needed to park the car at a charging spot for rental cars.
I reached out to the owner asking for clarification but only got the reply that it is my responsibility.
Then after couple of days I got another fine because the car hasn’t been moved ever since…
According to GoMore support I am still liable as they state in their statues…
However in my opinion this is a great failure in the communication and booking system. Since I do not have insights in the booking of the car, either the owner should have told me after asking for clarification the first time or the app should have stated this clearly instead of only insisting that I need to charge the car.
I asked for advice and acted in good faith but I literally would have needed to book the car again to be able to relocate it which is a weird and in my opinion unfair procedure. I understand that there are policies in place but I think this experience highlights a crucial failure in the booking system and the communication.

I never wrote anything on trustpilot, but this case hits different..
I never met with a problem of renting a car on my trips (travelled across 13 countires already). The verification is buggy (I can not verify without first creating a booking of car), so I tried to book from my girlfriend’s phone on her. They denied her because her salary was too small (she’s student, so doesnt have time for full tome paid job). Lol, it doesnt matter with renting the car especially when we bought the full insurance.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP
EDIT: 26.7. I discovered that our salaries were denied probably because of they didnt understand anything as it was in czech language. Not because of amounts. But still why th do they need our salaries… Im not gonna bother with that on vacations or even when I am just a student without any job, what should I do then…

It’s been great pretty much every time! It was a bit of a threshold the first time I used it because there’s a lot of steps to get started. Uploading your driver license for verification, getting a booking request accepted, the pricing per day/hours, included kilometres, finding where the car is parked, filling up gas policy and taking photos from all the angles. I was never confused though because all the steps are explained well. It does feel like every time I rent on go more it’s always done in a thorough and proper way. So I always feel protected.
All the subsequent times I rented with the app was way more smooth. I knew how everything worked, it was easy and smooth.
Can’t think of anything to complain about really. A great service deserves a great review. I just wished more people signed up for the service so the selection is a bit better. Especially in small towns, get the word out there to them :)
