Roger was fantastic and very helpful. I had an issue with a specific part that was discontinued by Powakaddy but he was still able to source this and make the repair very quickly and reasonably. Excellent service and a very knowledgeable guy, would certainly recommend!

A really great service by a true gentleman. My powerkaddy had stopped working and had no drive to the wheels but had battery power. I thought it would be the end of it and another £700 on a new trolley. Roger found the issue in no time at all, replaced the part and gave me a years warranty on that part. All done with a smile and great communication. I would highly recommend Roger and his services.

Roger accommodated my electric golf trolley repair request immediately, allowing me to drop off my equipment that same day and repaired it within 48hrs. Incredibly helpful in organising its collection post-repair meaning I was able to use it again after returning from holiday - it was as if I never had it unavailable for play. First class service. Highly recommended and should I ever need a repair again, or anyone I know need one, I’ll only ever go back to or only ever refer that person to Roger. Thank you very much.

Incredible service. Roger has deep knowledge of everything about the trolley. Not only does he fix it but he gives you a lot of advice on how to keep it maintained and running well. If you have an issue or just need a service, get booked in.
