It turns out that another fault was with my trolley but the after care has been ridiculously bad and they received the handle back nearly 3 weeks ago and have yet to process my refund payment, no further communication after asking for bank details despite 4 emails chasing return. I needed a repair to my Powakaddy electric trolley. Spoke to Steve who was very pleasant. His communication was superb. I dropped off my trolley at his premises with an estimated 4 day repair window. Pleasantly surprised to receive a call within 24 hours to advise that the work had been completed. Pricing was significantly cheaper than I expected. Overall - excellent.
