Avoid, these are scammers. I order over £120 worth of clothing. When they arrived they were too small, imported from China. I asked to return they offered 30%, i explained no use as they are too small and they offered 50%. I explained it was no good i needed to return. Cost me £26 to send the packaging back at my own expense, guess what. Still no refund after nearly a month and now ignoring my emails. Do not trust

If I could give zero stars I would. Scam do not buy from here. Claims it is a shop in London so you believe you are buying real goods. Ordered the trainers had a mark on and could tell they were fake, the sizing was completely off. I learnt they are actually from china when requesting the return address. I paid £27 and sent them back 12th july tracking provided it is now 4th September and they still refuse to refund me absolutely scammers do not buy

Fake item received. The parcel was returned with proof of delivery and no refund!

Ordered a pair of Aosics training shoes,£90.Were to small,so at my own expense l returned them to the Cannock address on the front of the parcel.I emailed Golfaza to request a larger size and to inform them l'd returned the other pair,only to be told they didn't do any larger size and that l could keep them and receive a 30% discount.Further emails resulted in them ignoring the fact that l'd already returned the shoes ,offering me 50% discount ,keeping the shoes and if l wanted a full refund I needed to send the shoes(that l no longer have)back to China!!!!
I have ended up with no trainers and £100 out pocket!!!
Avoid like the plague!!!!

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. This company are scammers, I wish I’d read these reviews first. Items are fake and you will not get a refund. Simple as that.

The site looks ok.
The prices look good with discount but within reason.
Ordered HOKA trainers. Took 12 days to arrive.
Fakes. They are not genuine as I have several other pair of the same make and style. Compared them all.
Asked for a return to be triggered.
Got a reply but after 20% refund and keep the footwear.
No thank you. I am now waiting for and address in China.
The phone number claims all lines are busy and guides you to the contact link on the site.

Similiar experience to other reviewers. Asics trainers arrived - fake and small to size. Requested a refund which appears to be a bargaining process on the % they are offering to be refunded. Absolute scammers. I am just hoping the 50% I agreed gets refunded to get something back at least out of this horrid transaction. Not holding out much hope.

Having noticed that my (default) delivery/invoice address was incorrect. I have spent the last two weeks (SIX EMAILS!) trying to tell this shower what has happened. They have totally failed to take any notice and now my parcel is lost!! Their telephone number is permanently unavailable and all email replies appear to be electronically generated, and don’t address the issue. Customer service is literally NONEXISTENT! and I am now left trying to deal with Royal Mail myself, to find and hopefully collect my parcel. A Useless service !

Fake Jlindeberg Golf Midlayer ordered paid £65 for what is really poor quality undersized midlayer, don’t get caught out.

SCAM WEBSITE - the items are all fake and you can't get a refund. They simply offer partial refund once you raise a dispute due to receiving fake items. All of the items are fake and you can't return as they've come from China. They then just ignore when you escalate.

SCAM - Unfortunately I didn't read all the reviews before purchasing my Asics. Same problem.... FALSE ADVERTISING - The size advertised was a UK 4 but it arrived half a size too small. I was offered a 30% refund then a 40% refund if I didn't return them. I asked how that helped me - I don't want to have to buy another pair for 100% and then STILL have a running shoe I can't wear and run the risk of not being able to sell them. They told me I could return the shoe to China. No shipping label, and they stopped responding to my emails.

Scam company. My partner insisted on ordering a pair of ASICS trainers that were cheaper on this website compared to all other retailers. It was definitely too good to be true as the trainers have arrived, they feel incredibly rough inside with a big hole at the bottom of the lace area. I have contacted the company for a returns label and they keep emailing back offering a partial refund and with each email they increase the offer by 10%. I am up to 50% at this point but I have requested a chargeback through my credit card company.

On paper this company looks good, UK based with good prices, not amazing prices but better than the competition. But of course there is always a reason isn't there? The products come directly from China and take 2 weeks to deliver. They sent the wrong size and did not even acknowledge my mail.

Save yourself some time effort and needless worry. Do not deal with this company.

Same as what everyone else says. Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Fake trainers asics ordered. They also scam you by trying to get you to pay for international shipping back to China which isn't stated on their website.

Cancelled the order within minutes of placing and asked for a refund. After another 2-3 emails requesting that the order is cancelled and requesting a refund I eventually got what looked like an automatic response saying this will be actioned but a 10% deduction as a processing/admin fee. I explained this was not in line with legislation and informed by credit card who started the process of a chargeback! Awful company avoid!

Arrived in 10 days. Same as all other reviews unfortunately they are not genuine. Annoyed with myself for listening to the saying ‘if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is’ they are too small and when I emailed to ask to return they have told me they’re glad I’m happy with them and they can refund me 30% rather than return them which makes absolutely no sense and confirms unfortunately this is a scam website with fake products - avoid

Same Story as everyone else, fake shoes from China with no ability to return or speak to someone. they respond via email but then stop responding the moment you ask for a refund. avoid

Brought some shoes.
They didn't feel right so I asked for a return.
Instead got the automated response with a discount. As asked again for a refund. A larger discount and a demand to send to China even though the parcel wasn't sent from there.
When I pointed out I wasn't confident the shoes were legit, they then stopped responding.

Going to ask my card company for a chargeback.

This company sale fake copy of Asics trainers from China. I request the return label, they not even bother to answer the e-mail. Unfortunately I read too late the review about Golfaza here. Avoid to buy anything from them.

These are a bunch of con artist who sell fake products and then offer you 50% discount when you challenge them or ship them back to China. Would not recommend as size was incorrect and product was a copy.
