ordered a few times , no problem BUT my lastest order has two kilo coins missing , email them and they reply very quickly and told me to go away, don't order from them again . TRIED to email them a few more times but no reply

Initially I was weary of ordering from them as I've read so few reviews and most of them are quite negative. But because silver was cheaper than anywhere else in the UK, even after including the postage, I took a leap of faith and went through with them. So far I've had 2 different orders with GoldSilver.be and both have been going quite well and delivered on time. Orders were in increasing values and I will probably order from them again. Packaging is very good with the coins being wrapped in multiple layers. I have contacted their customer service before my second order to get some clarification regarding items that were showing as pre-order and I've had replies in less than 24h. The customer service does reply short and at the point, but I guess that's down to language barriers. Overall I'm happy with my orders and will probably use them again in the future as it was a seamless experience from start to finish.

After initially ok experience with a few test orders I had the big awakening when I had a larger order delivered in January:
Two platinum coins were missing (luckily I got a gold coin instead that I hadn't ordered keeping my overall damage low) and I notified them right away. After a rude "check again" I finally got some attention and they agreed to investigate. 1 month later I'm still chasing for a settlement, but other than "we're busy and appreciate your patience" and other more rude replies I'm still waiting for a conclusion. Stay away!

Update March 23 2019
Another month and a broken promise later they have now even stopped answering mails. Classic signs of an approaching bankruptcy.

I've ordered 3 times in the last 2 months, about 40 x 1oz bars and 20 x 1oz coins. All delivered next day before midday and all in perfect condition. The price of silver is way cheaper than the UK even with the £20 delivery and PayPal 4% charge. Obviously you have to order a reasonable amount to account for the postage costs etc. The only other decent priced sellers are Atkinson bullion and the silver trader.

Bought again some coins from them, they are my preferred dealer. Best price, wide variety of coins and fast and secured shipping. Recommended!

Overall a really good experience. Website is clear, gives the right information you need (info about the whole process matches with my experience). Good pricing compared to other shops. Fast shipping (same day as payment). Shipping really fast from Belgium to The Netherlands (2 days). Packaging was really good: Secure and properly protected the coins. Fast response from customer service after a question about the payment (within half an hour early morning). Timing: order late night 16/4, order confirmed 16/4, payment 17/4, shipping 17/4, received 19/4.

One of the items in my delivery was for a 1 kilo silver kookaburra at a cost of 612,95 €. The coin was damaged all requests to return and replace were refused this was one of the reply's Yes, indeed. You bought a BU coin from GOLDSILVER.BE.And you were sent a BU coin. In other words a kilo silver in the shape of a coin Nothing less, nothing more. These coins don't have any collectable value. Told by Goldsilver.Be we have had three coins sent to the UK and they were damaged. These orders had no relevance or connection to me making me feel uncomfortable Customer services are your best friend until something goes wrong then they just fob you off.
