I’m generally happy with this company, except in one area - Courier Insurance
I’m generally happy with my experiences of this company. However, I feel that there is one significant area for improvement - courier support. Most couriers will not offer insurance high enough to cover my purchases or sales, not without charging extortionate fees. If would be great if this company could step in and offer an affordable insurance service to safeguard their customers purchases and sales.

Honestly
Honestly, if I had the option to give 100 stars, I would do so without hesitation. The customer service I received went far beyond what you would normally expect. They listened to my issue very carefully and treated me with great respect. They also followed up with a couple of calls to check on the progress and make sure everything was resolved.
What impressed me the most was that they handled the situation not like a company focused on making money, but like a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and doing what is right for the customer.
