when I used Goingbus for Netflix and Disney + and I had some account problems, they tried to solve the problems as soon as possible. Also, because their chat program is in 24hrs, when you have any problems, they will solve it quickly. I really used GB well and I will rebuy it
They introduce that I can get a refund within 24 hours, but I haven't received any action for more than 12 hours now. If a chatbot makes a request for a refund that can only guide me through the same route, there's no response after that. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This is so terrible! My YouTube membership had an issue on March 5th, so I contacted customer service. After waiting for nine hours, I finally got the first response, which just told me to wait while the technical team looked into it. I waited another hour, and the second response told me to join a second family group, but that also had issues. Now, after a total of 12 hours, customer service has stopped responding. How can their service be this bad?
