I purchased an annual ChatGPT…
I purchased an annual ChatGPT subscription and could never use it since it repeatedly asks for a verification code which is not where they say it is!
I tried to reach them via LiveCHAT which is never live and usually comes the respond in several hours if it does.
via Email, never works, they just send me a link of a help page which shows unrelated answer.
NEVER EVER buy this service.
I will keep posting this review until they give a proper attention to my complaint.
I need my MONEY BACK!

Scam - you pay, you get a not activated account and the support is not helpful. Refund policy only within 24 hours but the support is a just bot with no input and helpful answers. Cancellation not possible. They will “work on my problem”.

Warning
I ordered a Netflix subscription on 06.10.2024 and was able to use it for a few days.
Suddenly no more access to the account, support on the GoingBus site does not respond.
Now I have to open a PayPal case to get my money back.
Better not order there!!!!!
