A great way to get rid of old phones that are lying around. We used it for two iPhones 13s, one had a faulty faceId and the other had a dead battery- got £50 each for them- which is better than them taking up space in a draw.

Sent 3 phones only got paid for one phone. Only email correspondence available which isnt replied to when requested information.

Great service, sent phone and had payment within hours of them emailing with an updated price and got a bonus payment for sending within 3 days. the details they put in the email with any issues with phone is superb, Thank you will definately use again.

Go Green Gadgets were great to deal with! It was easy to get a valuation and send my devices, I notified them when they were sent and got a response quickly. Once they arrived they let me know, communicated clearly and the money was in my bank quickly. I’d definitely use them again!

they have two of our phones they have indicated they were dented which they were not. Offered £200 less than the original price, we accepted due to comments that if you decline they do not respond. despite numerous emails to us saying payment is on the way nothing received. i am happy to give more feedback and evidence if needed. Order number is 116596 we have been promised payment for days nothing arrives. The phones were not scratched or damaged either. As I said we accepted the £200 deduction due to the fact other people have commented when you decline it’s impossible to get any communication from you! Why are you still advertising same day payment? You clearly do not. I have all whattsapp messages confirming my comments that I am happy to share. I will see this through to a conclusion legally if necessary through the small claims court.
