Easy experience. Fast delivery with a quality product exactly as described with a good card and a decent price as well considering I'm a USA resident with stupid tariffs.

Fast shipping, great product!

The carrying case for the device works exactly as advertised and does a fantastic job keeping it safe and dust free while I travel. Can't imagine why the system didn't come with a case like this.

They didn't tell me that my color was out of stock and wouldn't ship. Then, after emailing support, they shipped a different color that took forever to get here. SpeedX is terrible. Please switch shipping companies. Or at least offer other companies for an additional price.

I purchased a green TrimUI Brick Hammer, and they emailed me right away, to let me know that this specific color was going to take a while because they didn't have any in stock, and were waiting for orders from the manufacture, and that it would be about 2-3 weeks before they get any, but they did let me know they had the pink one, if I wanted. But I am willing to wait for my green Brick Hammer. Then my niece saw a video on YouTube of the pink TrimUI Brick Hammer, showed it to me, and said she wanted one of those. Remembering that Go Game Geek had told me they had the pink Brick Hammer, I ordered a pink one, as a gift, for my niece, since her birthday is next month. I was expecting to get the pink Brick Hammer in 2-3 weeks. But Go Game Geek had it delivered in about one week. I was pretty AMAZED! I will be buying more consoles that I liked from Go Game Geek! What I really love though is their customer service. I was emailing them a lot of questions I had, and they were very helpful and courteous, in answering my emails, pretty quick! Great customer service!!

I had a very bad experience with Gogamegeek.
I received a defective console (Ayaneo Pocket Micro). It was a manufacturing defect, so not directly Gogamegeek’s fault, but they are refusing to let me return the device for a refund or request a replacement.
As a result, I’m stuck with a defective device, paid at full price, with no possibility of exchange.

Iv bought Ambernic handheld like RG35XX plus RG406V and RG556 when I bought RG406V and RG556 together I spent decent amount they put free gift in for me if loyal customers they great if they ever a problem they get intouch with say Ambernic help solve problem with customers they always help if I had problem by email the time zone difference dosnt matter by time I wake they message

Fast and not expensive.
Nothing bad but some mails were in Chinese only and I didn't understand all.

I’ve purchased 2 handhelds from these guys. The two I’ve bought were presented well. Shipping time was as expected, not their fault. I complained to them about obviously fake reviews on their website. They assured me that they were bot generated and was a mistake that they thought they’d fixed a while back. They removed the reviews and wished me the best. At least they were honest. Give them a shot. Sure beats AliExpress / Amazon.
