"I received my order after almost a month, and the socks were missing. This is unacceptable — not only did it take far too long to arrive, but the order was incomplete.

Stay away

…and here I thought I was alone. I won’t make this mistake again and I hope folks can see these before they do the same as all these people and me did.

I wasn’t about to argue after the 3rd back-n-forth email where they doubled back on their ow words to blame me for their errors. I dropped it, and learned again that sometimes, on the internet, a $60 mistake coulda have been a whole lot worse.

Scam. Paid for my order on 12/7/2025 and it said it would be there by Christmas. It is now 1/22/2026 and still have not received anything. Put a "ticket" in with them a couple weeks ago and got nothing but a vague response that they were looking into it. Requested a refund and have gotten no response. Chalking it up as a loss to a scam for now.

I am incredibly frustrated with this company. I placed an order on Dec 7th and was under the impression that my order would be delivered by Christmas if I met the deadline for ordering at midnight that night (which I did).

I received an email on Dec 13 or 14 notifying me that it was shipping; however the status of the tracking number stated that the tracking number had been assigned but USPS was awaiting the item to be shipped. I waited for days and the status did not change.

On Dec 22, I wrote a ticket trying to figure out the status of my items. I heard back from Adeline on Dec 26, who assured me my order was "ALMOST ready." She said the tracking number was created so it was ready for shipment when production was completed.

Here we are...Jan 10 and I still have no information on my items. I went back to the tracking number and now it's telling me that the tracking number is not available for this item. It says USPS either did not receive payment or did not receive the shipment.

When makes my blood boil even more is that in between all of this, I received an email from the "owner" of the company asking for my feedback on my received item. I understand that these are probably auto-generated emails but I think the company should ensure they are waiting to generate these emails to the customers until they are sure a product has been shipped and received.

Because I have not received my item, I completed the owner's request for feedback and wrote an honest review about my negative experience within the last 2-3 days. When I submitted it, it says it was "pending." Of course, my review has not been "approved" and has not been posted to the website. No one has reached out to to rectify the problem either. Terrible way to run a business....

Horrible business. I made my purchase on 12/6/2025 and during my purchase their website showed I made the cut off time for my item to be delivered by 12/24/2025. I also paid an extra $10.00 for a “priority order” but sadly did not receive my order until 1/2/2026.I would have been fine with the late delivery as I understand things happen but do not promote a speedy delivery on your website just to entice customers to make the purchase and even spend extra money then not deliver it when promised. I am now wondering if any of the proceeds actually go to any type of pet charities which they claim.

100% a scam. Ordered pajamas on 12/6, notice of shipment on 12/18....have not received order as of 12/31! Contacted customer service multiple times, no response. A huge BUYER BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LEGIT!!

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered on 12/10, paid for rush delivery. On 12/17 the tracking label said "pre-shipment, USPS awaiting item." THEN they emailed me on 12/22 saying they had shipped the item (ok?) I checked the link and as of today, 12/30, the item is still in pre-shipment (hasn't even been shipped yet!) I emailed and submitted a ticket on their website and have received ZERO communication. Absolute scam, ruined a really special gift for a loved one.

Same experience as everyone else...label created BS...Post Office awaiting product...do not buy from this sham company. My wife ordered pajama pants for me and the quality is not good...a waste of money!

HORRIBLE DELIVERY AND RESPONSE! Ordered 12/6, paid extra $10 for rush production. USPS Pre-shipment label created on 12/12. As of today (12/30), still in 12/12 pre-shipment mode. Last two emails sent and no response. It appears this is a one office setup in Louisville but actual production appears to be oversees. We are day at 24 when I was informed it would be 18 days and in time for Christmas. This company responded to my first email stating USPS was backed up. USPS doesn't have the package yet it appears. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do NOT purchase from this company!

Stay far away from the company, way too expensive for a subpar item. And definitely DO NOT pay for rush delivery. once the label is created, they claim they have no power over the delivery company. I cannot track the order (which is 10 days past when they said it would
Be here). What a waste of money, look somewhere else if you truly want your pet on something.

I also got screwed by this shady company. Paid the extra 9.99 too! Shipping label created, usps awaiting package. 1 star is too much! BEWARE

SCAM. Ordered a month ago. Shipping label created for the illusion of being shipped but never ships.

Ordered on Dec 13th, a shipping label was created on the 19th with still no update, it’s like it’s stuck

SCAM ALERT!!!

This group despises repeat customers. No priorities!! Had my order ready on Dec. 18th but decided not to ship it out until after Christmas, then blames in on the Post Office for their short comings.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!

Order was placed on Dec. 7 and I paid the $9.99 Rush Fee. Was provided with a useless USPS Tracking Number on Dec. 12, as my order has yet to ship and today is Dec. 27. Add insult to injury, they sent me an apologetic email on Christmas Eve, informing me that my order wouldn't be arriving by Christmas Day! What this Company fails to disclose at the time of purchase is that their products are manufactured in either China, or Vietnam, then shipped to their tiny office in Kentucky after days awaiting US Customs release at their selected Port of Entry. PetFace Pajamas is nothing more then a glorified Temu, but at least with Temu, you know where your product is made and shipped from.

Ordered Dec 7. Shipping label created Dec 13. Never arrived. Contacted company several ways and got a message that they are "in their final leg of their journey" yet it still says in USPS tracking that it hasn't been shipped yet. Oh, and I paid 9.99 for rush order as well.

Spent extra $10 for “Rushed Delivery” on 12/9. It’s 12/27 and it still hasn’t arrived!

I wish i saw these reviews before ordering. I order a Christmas present on Dec 8 and paid the rush fee. Normal delivery was 2-3 weeks but but the rush fee was to put order ahead of others. I kept track of the progress via the USPS tracking number given on 12/14. After several days of no progress in the shipment, I made several emails to PetFace Pajamas and was told they had no control over the shipping. How classy that they blamed the shipping company when the product hasn't even left their facility yet. They did say they would send a picture of the order to be placed under the tree. WHAT A JOKE. Needless to say, i did not get the package in time for Christmas.

If I could rate it with less than one star, I would. I ordered these pants for my son December 13. paid for stupid fast shipping and NOTHING. I should know better.Should have used amazon instead. Has any0ne actually gotten their order?

I ordered these about 3 weeks before Christmas and I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. The shipping label was created almost 2 weeks ago and has not even been delivered to a shipping facility yet. It’s now past Christmas and the package has yet to even be shipped.
