I would like to report a serious issue with GOFO’s delivery service. My parcel has been missing for more than 10 days, and despite my continuous follow-ups, no real action has been taken. Each time I contact GOFO, I only receive vague answers such as “we have forwarded your case to another department,” but nothing changes and no update is provided.
This parcel is very important for my work, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I experience problems with GOFO deliveries. Their service is consistently unreliable and disorganized, while PostNL always delivers my parcels correctly and on time.
I hope that management will review this complaint seriously and take action to locate my parcel and improve the service, as the current situation is unacceptable.

After 1 month of being "in transit" and after 4 emails I got a response that, "sorry we lost your package".

Still no package after more then a month showing that is being handled by the courier. Asked multiple times, same response: wait 2-3 days. Now status online says it is delivered however no package was brough to our house. Checked with neighbours, nothing. This is not the first time happening with this courier. This doesn't feel like a legit courier company.

GoFoExpress managed to turn a simple delivery into a full detective mission. My parcel was marked as “delivered”, yet no one bothered to mention where. No card, no message, nothing in the tracking. Just a cheerful status update and absolute silence afterwards.
Days later, the parcel resurfaced at a neighbour’s house, dropped there without permission, notice, or even the courtesy of a “by the way, your order is now someone else’s responsibility.”
The tracking was vague, the communication unhelpful, and the entire experience felt more like a scavenger hunt than a courier service. Based on my experience and the countless similar reviews, this seems to be a pattern rather than an exception.
If you value transparency, reliability, or the radical concept of knowing where your own parcel is, I recommend choosing literally any other courier.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Gofo. The delivery driver failed to deliver my package several times, didn’t ring the doorbell or call me, and falsely marked the order as delivered. Even after seeing the delivery photo, nothing was actually left. I’m now trying to get security footage to prove it. This situation caused me a lot of stress and financial loss. Very poor service and communication — I truly hope they improve.

Our package was delivered at the wrong address. The person at the incorrect address gave it back to the courier. We know, because we spoke to the person. An elderly gentleman. GOFO now does not know where the package is. They say that the only way to investigate the courier is by going back to the elderly man and have him sign a note that he did not accept the package and gave it back to the courier. Absolutely incredible. Obviously the courier has the package. This person is their employee and yet they are making it our job to follow up their bad service. Nobody should pay this company to deliver ANYTHING!

Live parcel tracking is a joke, waited in all day as they stated out for delivery. Then at 20:50...Changed to preparing for delivery. There is no live tracking and there is no customer service. If you are ordering from abroad make sure they do not use this company for last mile.
