The courier claimed to have visited my house last night at 21:37 and claims that nobody was home. This is an outright lie.The door is monitored 24/7 and my dogs are big and very good guard dogs and nothing was registered near our front door last night.
The service of the company is pathetic, the only notification given by this company was the announcement earlier in the week that soon they would make a delivery.
They also claim that the address is incorrect, how come that other couriers like DHL, UPS, PostNL etc have no problem. The request to send a photo of the entrance is ridiculous, what next do these idiots want my passwords? I told the web shop to that if they would try to send anything to me again using these unreliable liars it would be the last time that I would buy anything from them. I hope it made my point clear.

After reading a substantial number of reviews of this company I have serious feeling that they are trying to manipulate the rating at Trustpilot. The other remark is that this company intentionally breaks the law with respect to privacy so I will complain about this to the authorities.
further update: Clearly GOFO does not read what people write, GOFO just gives the same standard reply to everybody. My complaint is on two things: firstly GOFO lies and secondly the service from GOFO is a joke, advising that you will deliver a parcel some time in the future is not a serious advice and certainly not helpful. Many things may happen in future, I am sure that some time in the future GOFO will post another review stating that GOFO is the best thing since sliced bread.

Wish 0 stars was an option. What an absolute terrible company. Customer service agents straight up lying saying “appointment has been made, package will be delivered today” only to find out they don’t work with appointments nor can they provide time frames due to “being a new company” (according to the 5th rep I spoke to). Utter garbage. Fake information on tracking screen. This company shouldn’t exist.

This must be the worse courier.
No live tracking, no rescheduling and no control at all over your package.
They dont even tell you around what time the delivery will be, so the package is out for delivery in the morning and it can arrive at the night, which means you need to be home ALL DAY or their driver will just leave the package outside the building (imagine once they left my package in the street next to the main door) which is crazy as I live in busy street.
Horrible company, I never ever choose them and if my package shipped with them, then I cancel with the retailer imemdiately and withdraw from the whole purchase.

⭐ 1 star – Terrible service
The courier came to my house around 11:00 a.m. while I was at school. I did not receive any notification that the delivery was on the way, nor was I given a specific time window.
I called customer service several times to ask if the package could be delivered around 5:00 p.m., when I would be home. I also explained that I could not leave the package with my neighbours. The customer service representative was very rude and offered no solution at all.
This is extremely frustrating, especially because I am leaving for a six-month internship and urgently need this package. The company also does not offer a pickup point, so collecting it myself was not an option.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. If I had the choice, I would never use this delivery company again. Even PostNL provides better service, which says a lot.

My package has not been delivered twice already. I indicated that if I am not at home, it may be placed in the blue bin.
The previous time, the delivery driver broke my mailbox (it was snapped off), and today I came home to find that my doorbell had been torn off. Since GOFO has been delivering my packages, something seems to go wrong or get damaged every time.
Previously, my packages were always delivered by PostNL, and I never had any complaints.

The worst delivery service in the Netherlands.
There is no way to know when the courier will arrive — you only find out after the fact.
The first time, they literally dumped the parcel in the garden.
The second time, they didn’t deliver it at all because no one was home and took the package away to who knows where.
There is no way to contact a real person to figure out how to get it back.

It is already from the 13th of januari my parcel should be delivered and still do not have anything GFNL26002036179501 no update and customer support only replies with we urged the courier but nothing happens. After 6 days still not update in the tracking and no parcel. I'm so disappointed and angry.

Driver put the package in front of my door. Hit the bell. Took a picture and just walked away. No one was home. So some stranger took the package... avoid GoFo is possible

Ben hier al een maand mee bezig en nu vragen ze mij te bewijzen dat ik niet thuis was?
Ik was wél thuis om pakket in ontvangst te nemen....
Ze hebben een foto gemaakt van mijn huis nummerbord met pakket eronder en zijn vertrokken.
Ik moet van de afzender (ook al zo een oplichter) een verklaring van vermissing tonen.
Ook dàt weigert GOFO.
Aangifte is gedaan, media wordt er bij gehaald.
UPDATE: ONDER GEGEVEN ANTWOORD SLAAT LETTERLIJK NERGENS OP.

It says my package got delivered but it never did. I was home at the time of delivery and did not hear the doorbell or anyone knocking. I have no way of knowing where it got delivered and costumer service is not helpful at all. It’s just a bot asking the same questions and when I finally got connected to a real person they said they will forward it to the correct department. Haven’t heard anything back and my package is still lost. Previously they just have thrown packages at my doorstep without notifying anything. Every time I’ve had this postal service it has been a bad experience.
