Iright on the mark

I have to. Say shop like you have a million bucks,cause temp has got it going on. Great prices but n9t only the product is great, the delivery service is awesome.

The delivery driver left my package on…

The delivery driver left my package on a deck box close to my front door so I was easily able to pick it up. I have badly damaged legs and their drivers tend to leave my packages either on the box or the chair beside it making things much easier for me.

I actually went and worked for this…

I actually went and worked for this company for two days, every single complaint that I have read is exactly spot on. It is the most poorly run attempt at a business you could imagine. I calculated how much money I was making and it literally worked out too about $15 per hour and you’re working like a dog, and they are claiming that I miss delivered one of my deliveries which I am denying and they literally are charging me for the value of that package. I worked nine hours my first day to deliver 50 packages, which they were going to pay me $82 for, and said that I owe $70 for the package that was missing and they literally sent me $12. Absolutely no verbiage about being responsible for a misdelivered package, which I do not believe them, and now reading all of these reviews, I can see that they have problems with all of their deliveries. They have you actually start your day out doing the actual sorting of the packages that arrive in huge boxes with thousands of packages in them and do not pay you a single dollar for 2 to 3 hours of work, which I told them I think is illegal. The second day I worked is on a different payday so I’m gonna be waiting to see what that ridiculous check is coming next week. Trust me no one should ever use this company. It is a complete joke.

One star is even too much

One star is even too much. They never delivered my package and when I contact customer “service” they told me go look for it in the neighbourhood. I recommend to avoid these people at all costs!

My address was incorrect

My address was incorrect. I contacted them before it was out for delivery, about two or three days. When trying to correct the address I was asked for the new address and then told it was out of the area they deliver to?????? Literally 10mins away. Then they said we can deliver to a USPS store, I asked if it was the one close to my address. They then stated no it was to be close to the original address. I had all the information to verify this was me and my order and still no work around SHM.
