Everything allright.

I ordered because I was very excited to try the brand, there was an “error” on the website that listed some items at 0 Euro, I thought it was a promotion of sorts and I added to my cart and submitted the order, everything was fine. A week later my gear was still not shipped, I tired contacting them and instead of figuring out something with my order, which other brands would’ve honor the order since it’s not the users fault, they just decided tu issue a refund without even trying to come to a middle ground for resolution. I unfortunately won’t try to buy from them again…

Horrible, setting false expectations that within 24 hours item will be shipped. 3 days later and still not shipped. Your service has gone down the drain, and I have been buying Gobik for a few years, 3 horrific orders.

Quality products as always delivered from Spain in a super fast time of 2 days

I was sent the wrong size and returns process is a nightmare. It is almost impossible to get past the AI agent that promises the world but does nothing. I could not get anyone on the phone on the number provided. The result being that I will not have the new bib shorts ordered for my upcoming trip (if I ever get them?!). Very disappointing.

Awful. I was charged 50% on duties. You should at least give an estimation on these charges.

Easy to order . If you’ve owned Gobik gear before the fit is so repeatable and the quality is exceptional. I value the fit , nice and repeatable. The style is great too .

Great advice on sizing. On time delivery and good quality clothes.

The grit bibs are very comfortable but when I first put on I noticed a small hole where the black waist band wasn't attached to the bib shorts material.
