Prompt delivery to the UK quality of products was first class and the fit was as specified on the website and super comfortable absolutely the best cycling clothing I have bought

Bad experience. I ordered and days later got an email from DHL saying I had to pay $50 in shipping/import fees to get my package delivered in Miami. This fee was never shown at checkout or mentioned before. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known.
I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it. Now they also want me to pay _their_ delivery costs just to process my full refund.

Excellent clothing quality, clean handling of the purchase with quick delivery. I will shop here again

I ordered directly with Gobik from the UK, ordering was easy and there was a dicount applied, wich was nice.

My issue was then with import tax and duty, not Gobik's fault, but could be made clearer. For UK, 12% import duty (unles manufacturing is in EU and certified as such) 20% VAT, £11 handling charges. In total 40% additional cost to my order!!

The design process was genuinely impressive — 5 revisions, creative and responsive team. We confirmed our order in May.
Then 37 days of complete silence. No invoice, no confirmation, nothing. When I raised this, I was told I was being arrogant and that they would refuse our order.
We had a hard event deadline. We were ready to pay. Full email documentation backs this up.
Talented people, broken process, and an unacceptable response to legitimate feedback.

I bought the Gobik Pouch Grande in April this year. reading reviews and because of the design, I considered this product to be the best choice. It's rather expensive compared to other brands, but I thought good quality is worth the price.
Today, less then 3 months later, I noticed that the fabric is completely worn out and teared at the spots where it touches the saddle. Not what I expected from a €40 saddle bag... I think it's a fabric issue, the rain cover was permanently on it so I would think the cover would wear first but in fact the rain cover is still intact

Everything on the website is very clearly communicated. The process for refunds or exchanges is also perfected down to the last detail.

Would have been 5 stars, however I did not know about the import tax to the UK. Gobik did not charge me tax on the original order so no issues with Gobik. However, if you are planning on returning items from the Uak you have to claim tax back from HMRC which is not straight forward. Would have liked to have know this before I purchased.

Products are great and I have received the true value of them. Delivery was quick. At the same time I would like to track the delivery to know when it's arriving. Unfortunately that was not possible on your home page.
