Scam site avoid.

Ordered 4m x 7m and was told it had been despatched. I had an email with a list of delivery companys but no tracking number for any of them. A week later I had an email from Tuffnels saying they had a label printed ready to go on but had no item as yet.

I had another email with no company name saying that it would be delivered and giving me a date and time. I took a day off work but it did not arrive.

I attempted to call but nobody answered the phone. I sent messages on the website chat but had no reply. I emailed them and got no reply.
I have now sent messages through the paypal dispute system asking for a refund but have still not had a reply.

Gorgeous Go Grass

Ordered samples and then went ahead with actual order - everything went so smoothly from order to very swift delivery. Grass looks gorgeous and very natural - so delighted - would definitely recommend.

Still waiting for my grass 2.5 weeks later!

Still waiting for my grass 2.5 weeks on, apparently the courier company are struggling because of the weight of 1 roll. Couldn’t make it up! I’m having to chase for updates constantly and full of empty promises. Keep having to push our labour back which completely messes them about. Very poor service!

Poor Order Support

Ordered, took weeks to arrive with very little updates, didn’t receive the glue in my order to stick the grass down (wasn’t even on the invoice but is in my original order). I know it’s only £9, it’s more about the fact I have contacted support multiple times with no reply and the service as a whole.

Delivery driver seem to think that…

Delivery driver seem to think that there should be someone here to receive the order and put it in the passage I had confirmation 7:30 in the morning that delivery was on the same day so too late to cancel my jobs The delivery wasn’t that heavy I’m 62 and managed to move it okay perhaps The delivery man delivery man is in the wrong job ?

I received my order and was bitterly…

I received my order and was bitterly disappointed to discover the wrong colour arrived. It is impossible to get in touch with customer services. I tried for over an hour on the phone and each time I was next in queue I was advised that no one was available to take my call. I have had no response from my email either. Very poor service and would not recommend this company.

The worst online shopping experience in 15 years

The WORST personal experience in online shopping in 15 years. Ordered about 7m2 of a non-special outdoor carpet. Payed with paypal. The next day received an email confirming the order as being despatch with tracking details. The details didn't work so couldn't track; in retrospect, I now think the order was never dispatched. The courier (Tuffnells) couldn't be contacted by phone; tried 3 depots. Waited for 7 days but nothing arrived. Spent 34 minutes on the telephone trying to get through to Go Artificial Grass (GAG) customer services making it through from no 4 in queue to no 1. When, finally, I was I was about to speak to someone the voice on the phone said no one is available, then leave a message and then that the voicemail is full. Sent them an email the same day. Got no reply. Then the fourth day afterwards I received a message from paypal (not GAG) about being refunded from GAG.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would, they sent me the wrong grass, so tried to get in touch, they don't answer emails and when I rang them I was in a cue for 50 mins and when it came to my turn it goes to voicemail (furious to say the least). So I asked PayPal for my money back only to be told I could have it once the grass was returned, which is no easy task. If there's one company I would like to see go under its this one.

Happy customer

To be honest after reading reviews I was very hesitant to buy from this company. But I thought I just give it ago, and now I have no doubt this company is just as GOOD! I received my grass perfectly fine and delivered as the expected date! Thank you guys, will order from you again in the future!

Excellent Service

The sales team were very helpful. We needed the materials to be delivered very promptly. The sales team looked into an early delivery timescale for us and, although it couldn't be guaranteed at the time, the materials arrived 2 days ahead of schedule.

brilliant staff/ rubbish delivery firm was used

the grass was as described I cant fault them on that the only complaint i have is that the delivery firm that they use (Tufnell's) was useless caused nothing but problems there tracking kept screwing up the only saving grace was i believe her name was Brenda/Barbra in there office was very helpful and polite and even kept chasing up Tufnell's and call me to keep me informed so i commend them on there chose of staff
