Terribly confusing company

Terribly confusing company. Ordered artificial grass underlay. Order accepted, received a dispatch email with very confusing tracking information. Then got an email a few hours later from Flooringdirect saying:
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your order, I have tried contacting you - Unfortunately your order has been brought to me as out of stock (shockPad pro-x underlayment). We have a few alternatives, I will attach the link bellow. If you would like any of the alternatives - let me know how you would like to proceed.

No order number, it took me a while to figure out it was the same company as Go Artificial Grass.

No idea if the item is out of stock or has been dispatched. I have requested a refund as I have lost all faith.

Customer service a joke! …

If you're looking for further information about you order and are trying to contact them then forget it! You will literally hit a brick wall, when you're put on hold you get crap about how good they are. It's all a smokescreen. Customer service appalling!

Ref 227795

Ref: Order 227795. Our order was due to arrive on Monday 22nd March but we are still waiting for it. We have phoned several times every day and emailed but still no response from you. After being on hold for approx 20 mins we either get cut off or have to leave a message. But no-one is calling us back! We are getting extremely anxious about this as surely you are monitoring your messages and emails. Would someone please call us urgently to let us know what is happening!!!!!

Non existent customer services

Non existent customer services, no one ever answers the phone replies to messages or responds to e mails so do not expect anything from customer services. Order was incomplete so should have read the customer reviews before ordering. Not happy.

No product received

No product received. No way of making communication with the company. Nobody answers the phone; which disconnect after exactly 20 minutes each time. Nobody responds to messages. Just glad I paid through paypal who are looking into the issue.

Shame about the service

Product and price are pretty good, but let down with poor communication and customer service.

Packaging badly damaged in transit and emailed customer service a week ago..still waiting for for a response. Pretty poor really.

Appalling service

Appalling service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered 16m2 (2m x 8m) of artificial grass. I received 2m2 (1m x 2m). Tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email with no response. Phone calls keep saying I’m first in the queue but 30 mins later no change.
I’m now trying to get a refund via PayPal.

I have given a 2 star rating because my…

I have given a 2 star rating because my astro turf is still rolled up in the garden with the underlay as I have still not received the u pins to secure it! I have tried calling, no response and I have filled in the online contact form again no response!!!
This order was made nearly a month ago, I had very little communication over delivery and then astro turned up, followed 2 days later by underlay. But still no u pins!!! Would love someone from this company to respond!!!

I have tried several times to contact you. Left numberous messages and even emailed and still no reply. Out of 3 items ordered I have only had 1 item delivered. Not happy with customer services lack of contact. I will keep trying daily!
