They have had my package for over two weeks at their delivery hub that is less than 30 miles from me and have not delivered it. When I contacted them, I was told they would look into it and then never heard from them again. I have reached out and have received no other correspondence. Avoid this company.
This company is the worst when a package isn't delivered. They say they don't deliver to post offices, but most of my packages were delivered. So I guess it depends on the driver. The few that weren't were a nightmare to deal with. I filled out a claim for an address change to have my tickets closed w/o a resolution. I tried to call several different numbers, not one had an option to talk to someone. Some were a complete dead end, including their 800 number. They say they delivered my package, and it's nowhere to be found. They can't tell me where they delivered it, and there's no picture proof. The emails they send (after days or weeks) don't make any sense and are just useless. This company is a joke! I've been dealing with this for over a month now.
Horrible experience. Long transit times, incorrect delivery dates, poor customer service and most important, the package shows delivered but it wasn’t delivered to me. Customer service is ghosting me.
