Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Or non existent customer service. Product came in delayed. Then arrives hot. These are peptides and are sensitive to temperature. Although Eli Lilly may recommend that their product can remain unrefrigerated for 21 days. They at least have preservatives. These people are selling raw peptide products from china and they are sensitive to temperature.
After taking my dose it had no effect. Like water with no product. So I took a double dose the next week and still nothing. Rather than risking my health, I threw it away.
These people will post on their social media and complain that people are trying to email them.
I placed a complaint with the FDA and Federal Government on them.

I always have a great experience ordering from GLPSquatch. The website is clear and easy to navigate, shipping is fast, and everything arrives well-packaged with proper labeling. Updates through the FB group and via email keeps the process straightforward and reliable.

Took way too long for shipment, too much chaos, unorganization
Definitely took a long time for my package to arrive-it went way out of its way & back again. I did let the company know. Company seems to be having trouble with staying on track, bad customers, freezing orders on the website & FB page, not accepting PayPal, etc. Too much drama for me.
I’ve since found a better vendor that always has inventory & fast 2 day shipping, best part is prices are better too, I don’t have all of the chaos.

Hello, unfortunately you didn’t leave any information for us to be able to review your order. We have no control over shipping companies and whatever nonsense they do that delays shipment. Despite all the attacks we always get right on track within 24-48 hours. You must have purchased a non prepared kit which is shelf stable and doesn’t require expedited shipping. Whereas our prepared vials ship 2-day shipping along with anything else added with the order. Non expedited orders can be upgraded to the 2-day option for a small fee. If you had communicated your concerns before the shipment was sent we likely would have upgraded it for free as we love to go above and beyond to help our customers. We are unsure of what inventory problems you are experiencing but if you reach out we offen have leftover that is not shown when an item is low so we can make sure we have product for customers that are in a pinch and fulfill their needs while we wait for the restock. But yet again this requires communication as we can’t read minds. We operate as a small business and aim to stay a small business despite having grown a customer base way beyond expectations we still give 100% to be there and communicate and offer full transparency to be more than just a business. We aim to be friends with our customers and not just look at dollar signs. It’s quite disheartening that you would choose to negatively impact a small business rather than communicate. The communication aspect also could have saved you money as we are always open to making deals to beat competitors depending on the situation as often times these other sources may offer a product for a lower price because it tested badly and they rather profit than dispose of the bad product, so please keep that in mind because regardless of where you take your business we still wish you good health and safety. Thank you for giving us a try, it’s a shame you chose to leave us like this rather than communicate but this seems to be the norm nowadays. And they're able to reconstitute for you you don't even have to do it yourself and you can opt in to have B12 added which is amazing because the only way you can do that is to go through compound so having it be so convenient is a plus. Definitely will be ordering again
