Wish I’d seen this review before I jumped on this for my daughters Christmas gift.. as per the previous review, was shocked to see my parcel was being sent from
China when I’m sure the site suggested they were Australian?
The package arrived and isn’t even in a box.. or have a proper label! Just wrapped in plastic - very disappointing for the price they charge! Glad I didn’t pay full price.. but even still, I paid a lot more than I feel like it’s worth..

If i could select zero stars i would. Ordered on the 1st of December, apparently was going to be shipped on the 7th but nothing. No email communication, not a word. Contacted paypal and it has now gone through as a dispute claim. Ive checked their social media platforms and from what i can find their facebook page use to be a different company completely as it still has the old contact details on there. Paypal has told me a tracking number has been provided to them and when i asked where it had come from they told me CHINA! hang on... this company advertised they were an Australian company.... SO WHY IS "SOMETHING" COMING FROM CHINA NEARLY 2 MONTHS LATER!! Any comments on facebook where people including myself call them out or have something negative to say e.g they never got anything or get responses and the comments get deleted!
