I am an unsatisfied customer. I had ordered a dress, paid with creditcard. The color did not suit me so I traded it for the black one. The black one smelled disgusting of cigarette smoke and was of very low quality. I returned it. Seller now hides behind the excuse that I used store credit for the trading of the dress and that they "can't" refund it for that reason. That's money I'll probably never get back. Do not buy at this webshop.

Beste Diana, je had bij je eerste bestelling die je retour stuurde gevraagd om een Shoptegoed. Met dat Shoptegoed heb je een andere jurk betaald. We hebben jou echter het bedrag na een mail van jou direct terug gestort. Jammer dat je schrijft dat je het bedrag waarschijnlijk niet terug ziet, Maar goed! Zo gaat dat met reviews:-)
