AWFUL customer service!
Absolutely horrible experience with Glossybox. I bought the december box, and when I added it to cart, it very clearly said "December box" when I placed the order. I waited until mid January to get it, and turns out, I didn't get what I ordered. At no point was it communicated to me that the product I ordered was sold out and that I would be getting a replacement, and I was not given the option to opt out of getting the replacement box. The box arrived in bad shape, and when I reached out to customer service about getting the wrong box, they gave me a confusing and contradicting answer. When I asked for clarification, the response I got was rude and unhelpful, and they insisted that I ordered a one month subscription, when that was not stated anywhere in my purchase. I clicked the "Order the December box", my cart said "December box" and that is not what I got. They've been extremely uhelpful and rude throughout the entire process. I won't be recommending this to anyone, and everyone I know who has a subscription to Glossybox has cancelled theirs. Stay away!!!
