I purchased Glokore Red LED Therapy recently but found it hard to use so I got in touch with Customer Service. They responded immediately with instructions on returning the item.

I bought the scalp massager but realized another product would be more suitable for my needs. Since I was inside the 60-day return period and an exchange wasn't possible, they processed a refund order whereby I was required to pay the postage cost to return the product. I do understand that since it was my mistake. Maricar was extremely helpful and responsive. Keeping my fingers crossed that they process the refund on receipt.

The website does not work. They sent me two items plus that supposed gift worth 1995 which is just a cheap two dollar plastic piece for your face. I emailed them six times without responses and then when I tried calling their phone number on the website is wrong. They are very difficult to get a hold of

Customer service is awesome. I could not find my manual, so they sent me one. I was using the red light therapy wrap for my knee. I was trying to delay knee replacement. I wanted to return the wrap; it was not helping. First the offered me 50% off, I said if it did not work for me, I did not want it. Customer service told me I could keep the wrap and they would refund me. Which they did, unbelievable. What great service.

I wanted to share an honest experience with the Glokore scalp massager with LED red light.
First, I have to say that the customer service team was excellent. They were prompt, friendly, and very quick to respond when I reached out. After about a month of using the product, I contacted them with my concerns, and they handled the situation professionally and processed my refund without any hassle. I truly appreciate how smoothly they resolved everything.
As for the product itself, I found the marketing somewhat misleading. It’s advertised as a red light therapy device intended to support hair growth. However, after doing more in-depth research, I learned that hair growth treatments typically rely on laser diodes (like those used in prescription-strength laser caps), not standard LED lights. From what I discovered, LED light alone does not have the same clinically supported impact on hair regrowth.
In addition, the daily routine became impractical for me. The instructions recommend holding the device to your scalp for about 10 minutes each day. Having to manually hold it in place made the process feel cumbersome and difficult to maintain consistently.
Overall, while the product didn’t meet my expectations, I was very impressed with the company’s customer service and willingness to make things right. If ease of use and clinically proven technology are priorities for you, it may be worth researching the differences between LED and true laser-based devices before purchasing.

My mask stopped lighting for a couple of days. I reached out to support and Maricar had a response in no time.
I was asked to video tape it and send back so it could be looked at to see what the problem is. A few hours passed and I went home for lunch to video tape it, but there was no need to, because it started working. I'm not sure what happened and hope that it doesn't happen again. I've only had it for a couple of months & I sure don't need it to act up after the ninety days.

I purchased the Glokore Red Light Therapy wrap and I had and a bad skin reaction on my lower back and calf. I contacted Customer Service and they resolved my issue immediately. Although the Red Light Therapy wrap did not work out for me, Customer Service resolved my issue promptly and professionally.

They did not even hesitate to refund me and told me to pass it on to someone who can benefit from it and use it.. They certainly area 5 star company!! I did research on which masks were best for quality/results/cost and Glokore was recommended. I bought one. When it came, I charged it and used it but when I turned it off, the redlights still glowed red until the charge ran out. I emailed the company, they asked a few questions, I sent them a video of the issue and they send a replacement out immediately. I am very impressed with the service and non-argumentative customer service that you run into so many times with products.
