Kayla is Awesome!
Kayla had great energy and was super friendly. You could definitely tell she's passionate about travel. She answered all my questions and we were able to get through everything and go over the whole process fairly quickly. I'm really looking forward to the trip and hope things work out but I know if it doesn't I'm in good hands.

Lacks paid employment connections
I asked a simple question regarding the working holiday program and the connections they have in the UK and Canada to work within the international NGO space to then only be told they don't have those connections but I could do an unpaid internship program. Its Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age to offer unpaid internships, it was also very clear that the agent I was talking to had no idea as he thought I was requesting to be given a specific role.
