The system logged me out of the exam before my time was over, even though I did not press any “finish” or “submit” button. I also sent an email explaining the situation, but I have not received any response yet.

From Compliance to Credibility
This course addresses an important question: how can sustainability reporting remain credible in the face of growing criticism?
What made the experince valuable was the clear focus an WHY the Sector Standrads matter - not just how to apply them. By strengthening materiality and requiring transparant explanations for omissions, they directy tackle selective reporting and comparability challenges.
GRI does very well on transating complex standards into a structured and practical approach. A few more real-life examples from mid-sized companies would make it even stronger.

Biodiversity explained
The course structure was very well designed, introducing basic concepts of biodiversity and fully explain the corresponding standard. I found the material provided , as well as the source of material, very useful for further reading and engagement with the topic.

Suggested Improvements
The first module (Introduction) was very good, however, the second module about reporting on human rights is so long, boring, not interactive, and not as effective as the first one, it needs to be restructured and amended to be more engaging, and less talking, you may also change the tone when giving the info, since it's now same tone all over the text, it is really not attractive nor interesting as the first part.
Very comprehensive and detailed
Very comprehensive and detailed , good basis to start your own sustainability reporting

As a professional working in renewable…
As a professional working in renewable energy and drone technology, the GRI Practitioner Course added strong strategic value to my technical background.
The course goes beyond theory. It translates sustainability into measurable disclosures — from stakeholder engagement to materiality assessment and structured reporting aligned with global standards.
From my experience in renewable energy and drone operations, I found it especially valuable because:
It connects environmental impact with structured reporting.
It strengthens ESG integration in clean energy projects.
It supports transparency in innovation-driven sectors like drone technology.
It enhances credibility when communicating sustainability performance to clients and regulators.
This course sharpened my ability to transform on-ground renewable energy and technology projects into credible, standards-aligned sustainability reports.
A powerful step forward for professionals bridging engineering, innovation, and ESG leadership.
