Lee and his crew sorted out an air pump install, tank and radiator fitting in 4 days. Quick turn around from enquiry to commission, very impressed so far.

Very very happy with the quality of workmanship, the manufacturing of the product and the brilliant design work completed. The product and staffing resource excellence are a credit to the company.

Very professional from start to finish. Both the surveyors and installation team were informative and thorough. With a four-man team the installation was complete in two days which included the heat pump and radiators throughout the house. The system is funded via the cosy home scheme. The cost to me financially was zero however I have many years of use from a reliable system and can now take advantage of the substantial savings on my electricity bill. The octopus energy supplier has a tariff designed around heat pumps which is well worth checking out if you have a pump installed. With the addition of some new double glazed windows I have converted my uneconomic or one bedroom flat using dated storage heaters into A far more cost-effective home with a lower carbon footprint. A complex installation replacing an oil fired boiler and 50 year old central heating system in an old period property was undertaken in a superbly efficient and professional manner by the team at Global Energy Systems. The new air source heat pump system was installed including all new heating piping and 13 new radiators over three days. Danny and team were extremely technically competent explaining and resolving all design and installation issues collaboratively. Despite the huge impact on the fabric of the house, when the installation was complete, the house was left exactly as the team found it, if not tidier!
The back office staff at Global were also excellent resolving inevitable issues of a complex installation quickly and effectively. It’s quite rare to find such professionalism, friendliness and technical knowledge today. We are extremely pleased with our Global Energy Air Source Heat Pump and would recommend the company without reservation.

We was skeptical about getting a heat pump installed after reading negative reviews we received a government grant towards the installation work. Rosie kept us informed via email about the installation times. The installation team on the first day was excellent they did an excellent job and made sure the house was tidy after installation and kept us both informed about what work they have carried out. After installation we had electrians arrive to connect heat pump to supply. The Electrians were also excellent and did a very tidy job left no mess we could not tell they had been. We had problem after first day when we woke up to no hot water or central heating but by 8am they was around to fix the problem. The problem was a valve going wrong way for the hot water which was easy fixed. They also explained warranty we had and how to use the system. We have found everyone at Global Energy to be very helpful and had no problems in communication. We are now just waiting for a Commissioning Visit by Adam to sign off the heat pump installation and to check everything working ok. Austin at global energy keeps us both informed about the visit via email so we know where we are up to. We was worried about the work been carried out due to house been old type semi detached but we was very happy once work was completed.

Fantastic company , Holly kept us informed at all times. We had a small leak in the night after having a heat pump installed, they were round within the hour to fix it. Polite and on time.

I had my heat source pump fitted in July 2023 by Global Energy through a government grant as I had no gas in my street.
I must admit I was not sure about a heat pump before I had mine fitted, but I am so very very happy with it.
I have had a lovely warm house all winter even when it was minus outside, and water is nice and hot as well.
I have also noticed I hardly get any condensation on my windows since I had heat pump fitted, which is brilliant.
The running cost is a lot less then I thought it would be, so that's a big plus.
I am a very happy customer and can't recommend Global Energy enough. They are extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The system is excellent, the installation team were great and really worked hard to complete the install. On completion they replaced the flooring and cleaned up throughout the house. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating air source heat pump and solar energy systems.

My annual service For the heat pump was done by Paul who was very professional. I explained that my energy electricity bills had been rising dramatically and he gave me some brilliant tips to help lower my costs. Nothing was too much trouble for this man and he gave me a detailed insight into how the pump worked and the thing that could be done to make sure it was running at its optimum. A first class service!

When I decided to fit an Air Source Heating System in my house, not only was I looking for a good system but also for expert engineering and customer orientated based support. I can report that I made the right decision in choosing Global Energy. At every stage, from contacting Global by phone or email, to the employees who physically carried out the task, we have been looked after and made to feel involved and an important factor in the whole process. Global have knowledgable, experienced and competent engineers, who at all stages go above and beyond, they use their well honed initiative and fixed problems that had been left by previous fitters. Putting in the hours to make sure everything was as perfect as possible and never taking any short cuts. Most importantly, they were friendly and accommodating making sure we were content throughout the process.
The Company is a family run British business with over 10 years experience in heat pump systems. While not small they are still able to look after their customers and continue their support after the system is fitted by monitoring the installation remotely from their home base and providing physical help if it is needed. As to the hardware, does it work? It certainly does with no discernible change from my previous system save that it will be good for the environment and much cheaper in energy costs. As we sit in our warm house, please be assured that we have no hesitation in recommending Global Energy. an excellent company with excellent staff.

Global Energy Systems has provided an excellent product and service and I am very pleased with our Winchester Air Source Heat pump so far. Contracting with the manufacturer has meant great knowledge and some important interventions to get the install completed ahead of the end of RHI. The install team GES chose were also great and both considerate and courteous. Thanks to Glen and Rosie at GES and Craig and Russ and the team for the install and advice.

Great company and staff....very helpful and couldn't have asked for more. Any call I made was answered or if unavailable hollie and Glenn rang right back. Explained everything clearly on email and over the phone so I wasn't confused so that always helps. Highly recommended

All in all a very good experience. The planning, supply and installation processes went smoothly although installation was delayed a few days by COVID (not the company's fault). A few minor faults (2 radiator piping leaks and a clonking motorised valve) were quickly solved, which is hardly surprising given the major upgrading of radiators needed to provide sufficient heat output at the lower temperatures that heat pumps operate at. Although it is early days the system seems to be operating as specified and the house rooms are warm and comfortable. The company are exceptionally responsive to calls and the staff very helpful. My RHI application was made very easy by the comprehensive information and help provided by the company. I would recommend G.E.S if you are thinking of having an Air Source Heat Pumg installed.
