I switched to Telenor. and after 89 days thy sent an invoice for 4500 because I canceled my subscription with them

Worst company ever!!
I am waiting 1 month for the internet, first they told it would be 2-4 weeks, now they say it would take 6-8 weeks, i try to call many times i have to wait around 30 minutes. This is my worst expirience with the company.. Now if i want to resignet i have to pay 3000..

Regrets.... Wired connections are not 2023
Switched from NextGenTel to HomeNet as they promised low prices and good service. From day one the WiFi has been awful, they just kept sending more routers until I reached four and I gave up. This weekend the WiFi just switched off and when I complained their response was use a wired connection. Do they realise it is 2023? Now I have to decide whether to pay the fine to break the contract from a company that tells me WiFi is not the service i am buying from them. Please inform your sales team that you can only provide wired connections and WiFi is apparently a perk (as long as you are in the same room as the wired router). Shockingly bad.

Poor service, engineer not bothered
I registered a complaint at 9 am this morning. The customer service folks kept telling me that an engineer will come to check the line but no one turned up. And at 7 pm after making my 10th follow up of the day I was told that the engineer can't come for a visit today as the shift gets over at 7pm. At this age, where people are working from home, this kind of service is truly disappointing

No flexibility whatsoever
We were hard hit by the pandemic and had to terminate a lot of binding contracts including office internet. GlobalConnect was the only company that had absolutely no flexibility, no mercy, forcing us to pay for a year after moving out of the office. We were a customer with them for more than 20 years.
I ordered the Internet in homenet
I ordered the Internet in homenet, they said that the master would connect it within 2 weeks. Master came after 2 months, looked at something, and for some reason said that he cannot connect the cable, and left. I called the control center and asked what was the matter? They told that the master did not connect the Internet because I already have a cable from another provider, but!!! in fact I don't have any other cable from another provider! And a month later they send me an invoice to pay 2500 nok! Why, don't I understand? The master mistakenly confused the TV cable with the Internet and therefore did not connect the Internet. So what should I pay for? even such a large amount. Please tell me which consumer protection organizations I can apply to?

Installation was easy, friendly folks who pulled the cable and did the internal install. Overall install took a little longer than expected. Overall communications with this respect could perhaps be improved.
Excellent helpdesk. I wanted to run with my own router in bridged mode. Took a little fiddling but support was friendly and got it going.
Pricing so far is pretty good, we'll see how this develops over time.

Homenet.no - Worst Company Ever
Last year I signed up for internet service from them (14-21Mbps) and instead was only getting 1-3Mbps.
Despite this, and the calls and emails, they insisted that I pay their subscription fee for a service they were not providing.
Well, after a year of harrassment, I got Brukerklagenemnda.no on the case and won with a unanimous decision from the tribunal.
After reading some of the complaints here about the slow service, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are scamming others the way they tried to scam me.
They get my vote for Worst Company Ever.

Really slow at getting the internet…
Really slow at getting the internet connection set up. Despite having all physical cables to the house ready it will take them 8 weeks to
set up the local box and open the line.
Come on this is 2021 and work from home is a thing! I am so disappointed!
I recommend everyone with an alternative to stay away from HomeNet.

Very stable fiber delivery for three years. Speed upgrade not working as promised though. Support does not respond after many days. What happens if I need the support service quickly?....
Really bad customer service
Bad customer service. As a family with six kids and a job on hold due to the current pandemic. They would not even open the line for me for 10 minutes so i could access my bank and pay the bill. So i had to go to the neighbours to do it. Needless to say i ended my subscription. Not recomended at all. Reply from the same person below. Now she is trying to be nice. Haha. Amatures

The internet connection becomes unavailable often and at the times it does, there is no after hours phone number that I can call to get assistance. Now for instance, I'm using the 4g because the wifi isn't working.
