Gareth came to where I work and we have been having a nightmare with the phone lines we have had cables that are taped together and linked to things there wasn’t any need for in work it has caused us a headache as we work in the healthcare sector.Gareth has saved the day the area is now clean and all the cables have been replaced with smaller ones and tidied away !!! The difference it’ll make to our workdays is massive we couldn’t thank him enough !!! He’s been really helpful we now know that if the same thing happens again exactly which cable it is communication just brilliant :)

Global4 have consistently tried heavy handed tactics to get our small business to take out a contract with them. Despite constant communications outlining our position they refuse to acknowledge we are changing providers. My advice is to steer clear and don't sign any agreement with them. Make clear/concise notes and get everything in writing from them. Not to be trusted and will not raise complaints within their organisation. They are not on OFCOM list of communication providers which says it all. I never signed with them but they gained access to my contract by taking over Merakis contract 3 months prior to its end, without my knowledge. I worked with one of the largest Telcos in the world and this has been by far the worst experience I have had working with many partners/fellow Telcos

We recently had a new phone system installed by James Curry and Doug Hanking, and the whole experience was outstanding. The installation was completely seamless with no disruption to the hotel at all.
James and Doug kept us fully updated throughout and were always on hand to answer any questions from the team. On completion, they provided training and a clear handover, making everything easy to understand from day one.
Both were extremely friendly, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
