The software is ok, the printer is shocking for connection, sometimes it will work for a few days sometimes a couple of weeks but then doesn't work at all, I have to remove and restart each time.... See more

I purchased one item from the Dymo…
I purchased one item from the Dymo website and was sent the wrong item. I returned it and 14 days after they took receipt of the return I am still waiting for a refund. Have just sent my 3rd email to their useless customer service.

Excellent customer service Pam de la Rue
I had issues with barcode labels not scanning correctly however was contacted over the phone to solve the issue with enthusiasm. My problem was solved and Dymo product was sent to me free of charge for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent Service
I had Dymo 450 for 1.5 year and developed a fault. As i use it everyday for labels, decided to buy brand new same day as fault occurred. Once new arrived (from their dealer) all great. BUT there is a note that if i registered will get extra year of warranty. So my old one should be still covered. Wednesday night I sent it to them, saturday received back. Well done DYMO UK ! Cannot ask for more !
