Have had an outstanding service from the Gleam Team from start to finish. After some issues that meant I needed a cleaning team at short notice I contacted Gleam via their online chat. I was able to instantly book online with the cleaners arriving only 3 hours later via the last minute service.
The team did an incredible job, were kind and courteous throughout the job and I cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend Gleam and will use them again. Thanks!

Service with this company was hit and miss.
Although paid for three hours cleaners would often leave after two hours.
The service was unreliable with cleaners often cancelling on the morning of the clean.
I find the company a little odd - on its site, it mentions that they have been featured in the Guardian, Telegraph and City FM, but when I contacted these papers, they had never heard of the firm and could find no reference to them.
Some cleaners were ok, and some were terrible. The last one spent all the time on their phone and managed to put a large scratch on the floor. The company never replied to my email about this and still charged a £45 exit fee.
The company is based in Ireland, so I imagine any legal dispute a customer may have with them would be a nightmare.

Recently booked a moving house tenancy clean with Gleam after being let down by one of the other outfits.
I can honestly say I have never seen the flat look so clean in all the time I have lived there. After 5 hours with Jesmeen the place literally sparkled and my landlord was also delighted with the results including the deep cleaning that was carried out on oven, inside fridge freezer etc. Job well done!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their 'no quibble' guarantee is not upheld!
Service - 1/5 the cleaner was polite. However they permanently damaged all my handles, worktop and didn't move the bed or sofa to clean behind it nor did they clean the shelving. (have photos to support this)
Customer service - 0/5 they have a slow response time. I have been waiting a month. False promises made on their site.

They promise refunds if the clean isn't done well and you're not happy with it but then refuse to refund you. They make you take up any problems with the cleaner and ask you to have a call with the cleaner to discuss your problem. I have been waiting nearly a month for my money back - which likely won't cover the cost of the damages. Almost a month on and still no resolution.
We used this company to do an 'end of tenancy' deep clean. After the cleaner left I realised that all my golden brass cabinet handles had turned green and were peeling and patchy, my range hob was scratched all over and there was still lots of dust and dirt on shelves. Bed and sofa in the room hadn't even been moved to be cleaned.
I contacted the company immediately to complain and ask for a refund and at first they got back quickly but after that the responses immediately slowed. Eventually, after emailing them for a response several times they got back to me and said the cleaner 'doesn't recognise the damage caused' and therefore didn't think it 'was fair to refund/compensate for an amount from their pay'.
Firstly I was shocked to hear that the compensation is expected to come from the cleaners pay and therefore is only given if the cleaner agrees that they caused damage. I find it highly unlikely and understandable that anyone would be willing to give up their pay.
In my opinion the company made a promise to provide suitable and professional cleaners who have an understanding of what a deep clean entails (cleaning of all shelves and moving furniture to clean behind it) and that have an understanding of what products should and shouldn't be used on certain surfaces. Therefore the company is at fault for failing to educate or check the individuals they contract/employ - the company should refund me for the service I paid for but did not receive. Not to mention they literally 'GUARANTEE a no quibble refund' 'if you're not happy with the results'. It's a complete lie. Instead I received damages, to my newly done kitchen and had to clean the rooms again and have been stuck 'quibbling' for the last month.
It is clear that some sort of abrasive liquid/product was used on the handles and hob. Due to the deep scratches around the hob and the green peeling on the handles. I have never ever had any issues with previous cleans nor when I have cleaned the brass handles. I provided the cleaner with soft blue cloths for the hob and worktop to not scratch it, sponges for the bathroom and sink, and a wide selection of suitable products that I use every day. Unfortunately the cleaner did not have the appropriate understanding to not use abrasive products on metal especially treated metal and they also failed to clean to the level expected and this is the companies fault for not making sure their cleaners know these things prior.
I will update if anything changes but as of right now it has been a month and since the last email, I have heard NOTHING from the company regarding this matter. No updates, no communication whatsoever and more importantly no compensation.
* I can't attaches picture here but have attached them in other reviews. The brass handle against the white surface is how the handles should look and how they all looked before I had the clean done. Whilst the other pictures show the damaged caused.
Save yourself money and stress and use a different company - the risk of not getting your money back if things go wrong is not worth it.

Had a great clean today with Izabela. Booked on Friday for Sunday, cleaner was punctual, polite, friendly and did a really thorough job, even asking for feedback at the end. Well impressed with the service and will book again.

Do not use!
Cleaner never came and no way to contact gleam except by email.
Edited : cleaner came 30 mins late with no notice until i contacted gleam by email.
And very slow on what’s expected.
I usually clean my whole house for 2 hrs including laundry.
I booked for 3.5hr, still missing living room to be cleaned.

I really cannot fault the Gleam Team on a Tenancy clean I recently had with them. From start to finish the experience has been seamless. After another company not showing up on the day I contacted Gleam and booked their SOS Last minute service which includes Tenancy cleaning. Within an amazing three hours, my cleaner had arrived. Izabela did an amazing job, I had never seen the place sparkle so much. I have now also started a fortnightly cleaning at my new flat with Brani which is also going great. Thanks Gleam!

Have recently booked in a weekly clean with Daniela. So far it has gone well with no issues. Cleaner shows up on time and has been to a good standard. This service seems to be at a good price compared with some of the others which are a rip off and the system is simple, not over complicated and easy to use, book. Having read some of the other reviews on here, it would seem that most issues arise from not booking enough time. I initially made a 2hrs booking but changed after to 3hrs when the cleaner said more would be appropriate. On reflection she was right and I prefer that to having a bad service provided and under paying.
