DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Brought an item from this company, all is well until the item arrives used, scuffed, cracked and smelly. Offered a return label and then retracts the offer, first Bruce blames the maker, then insinuates it’s me, says it’s brand new but even when proof of speckled resin stain were sent he still insists it’s new. Offers a return label then makes excuses he has to refer to management he is the Manager. Unfortunately I have had to report it as he is refusing to refund a damaged product

"This is an amazing company, extremely helpful Bruce goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The quality quality of the items are exceptional, not being an easy customer for personal reasons. Bruce was so patient and understanding for all of our needs and responds very quickly to messages. Shipping is superfast and carefully packaged. Overall, a perfect company you definitely can purchase with confidence. Thank you"

Cracked Rig, and then tried to return after 18 days. Updated review to 1* after we rejected the return, as it was miles outside of the returns window.
