Appalling customer service. The item arrived 2 weeks after I bought it. The size is no bigger than my hand when I pointed this out I got told I should maybe check sizes in future, I get that to a degree but the photo advertised showed it to be big! The pic quality is vile it’s all red on the faces. It’s not even glass it’s PLASTIC! Been told they won’t be giving me a refund therefore I’m taking this to trading standards. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS ATROCIOUS

Almost 4 months later and I still haven’t received my order. Have contacting them many times and they keep feeding me lies with no updates and then told me to contact a different company that will sort out my issue. Awful service couldn’t recommend any less

I wish I could go online and check before to buy it. It took it almost one month to have my order. The plaque was full of scratches. I do not recommend. Just waste of money!! Do not buy.

Ordered 3 music key chains end January. Still not arrived. Emailed a few times and to be fair these were answered, but just told to be patient! Now tracking not updating, its been in "cleansed parent 'what ever that means, since Feb 17th.
Save your money and shop elsewhere

The delivery length was fine for me however: it came packed in a bubble envelope, it's TINY I thought bit would be normal, the "glass" is actually plastic..

I ordered mine 30 days ago just got told it was delivered an in the email it said to check in cracks in case it had dropped. Looked around an it was no where to be found. Now they are not answering me.

If I could rate fewer stars I would. I ordered my partner a Christmas present from these on the 12th December 2020. It is now the 25th February 2021 and I still haven't received it. I have emailed with absolutely no help from them in return.

Paid £20 for a personalised photo and a wooden block, thought it was glass as the name suggests, took ages to arrive, the item is plastic, no wooden block but a pathetic easel type of holder looks like something that would cost a fiver at best!

Absolutely shocking customer service tried to send what I ordered again only to get exactly the same thing. They won’t give refunds.

Don’t waste your money! Cheap gimmick that looks terrible, you can but more quality tokens of love than this!

Has anyone else ordered from this website? I have ordered a Spotify plague on the 12th of February and since then they have contacted me about my address & suspended my order!
I log onto my account with them and my address is clearly listed? I can't edit, add or delete my address either. I have emailed their customer care support team twice and still no reply.

Over a month to deliver after paying for special delivery ..at a cost of £22 it is poor quality..I would value it at £3.
Do Spotify promote this product.

On December 6, I bought a plaque to give away for Christmas. Since I had not received any updates on the shipment, I tried to contact customer service several times. Not only did they not respond for days, but when they did, they "assured" me that it would be arriving for Christmas. At the end, the plaque arrived today (February 4), that is almost 2 months after the date of purchase, when company policy says that they take a maximum of 20 days. And that was not all ... when I bought the plaque, I thought that the cost would be low and that I would not have problems because the shipment would be from a “European” (Dutch) company to another European country (Finland). In the end, the shipment was from Turkey, and for that reason I had to pay the same amount that I paid for the plaque to be able to remove it from customs. To sum it up, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 packages at the begining of December and nothing yet. I wrote many messages and they wont answer. I dont see anything in the tracking page. They told me they would refund me (almost one month ago) and they dont answer anymore. This is FAKE. Dont buy anything

Bad service and bad delivery. The product was nice tho.

Ordered on 6th December for a Xmas present.
Now, on 17th January, still nothing.
I’ve emailed twice with no response.
Terrible service - and yet I still see adverts for them on my social media. Utter joke.

I spent over $70 dollars on a plaque as a gift for my friend. I ordered it on December the 7th 2020 with the reassurance that I would receive my package in a week like they say on their website.

It is now January the 15th 2021 and I still have not received my package. I emailed them through the website chat which seems to not be working as it should. They gave me a tracking number after over a week and still to this day the tracking number does not work

I asked them questions about my order like when is it being printed, has my plaque been printed etc. They avoided the question and just told me answers like “it takes 1-2 days to process your order and 5-7 business days for you to receive your plaque”.

I emailed again a few days ago asking why I haven’t received my package and they are yet to respond.

I would much rather a refund at this point. This is a scam, do not but chase from the ‘company’.

I placed an order around a month ago and I’ve gotten one email so far that gave me a tracking number, yet the tracking number is incorrect and it still states that the shipping details haven’t been updated. I contacted the email that they gave me for questions about shipment TWICE and they never replied back. I spent nearly almost $70 on two plaques and I’d prefer a refund at this point.

I ordered from Glass-plaque in the beginning of December as a present for my father. It is now the beginning of January and I still have not received any update or my product. I have reached out to Glass-plaque several times and I have never received any response. So to anyone that is considering to buy anything from this site: THIS IS A SCAM. Do not make the same mistake as I did and spend your money wisely elsewhere.

The product is very good and in good quality, but a very long delivery and coustemer service was bad. I ordered a christmas present and i was promised that it would arrive before Christmas, it didn’t, it first arived on the 30 december. I wrote to their customer service several times but i never got a replie.

I am experiencing the same issue with the others, I ordered my glass-plaque on Dec 2nd. I have not received until now and it's already the end of 2020.

They have only sent an email regarding the delay of the order due to COVID-19.

I do not know If I should believe this.

I've waited 4 weeks for my product and it STILL hasn't come yet. I've emailed them - no reply. I've direct messaged them on Instagram - no reply. I've used their contact page on their website- no reply. This is ridiculous.

I want to speak to someone about this. This is no where near good enough. Whether its COVID or Christmas, I could have got something shipped from China quicker than this. Give me an email, give me a telephone number. I want answers now.

Reading some of the reviews it looks like people are having the same experience. This is either a scam business or a very poorly run e-commerce. Most of the positive reviews look like bots.
