GK Figure Worldwide Reviews 

Order product a year ago they took my money, never got any updates on the product ,never received the product and pestered me to write a review on the company a year later.

Received my Dan Heng IL figure ^^ so happy with him. First time buying preorder figure and waited over a year, was a little anxious but customer service was overall helpful and friendly, giving updates and tracking whenever requested :) recommend!

It’s been about a year and I never got my product.

I had purchased a $650 statue from GK Figure Worldwide. I waited patiently for one year until it released and finally shipped to me. The statue came in 3 boxes and when I opened each box to inspect the parts, one box had broken pieces from the leg & arm. I contacted GK multiple times requesting for replacement parts. Either I got the same answer that they will get me replacement or I didn’t get ant replies. A year later, I still haven’t received any reply or a solution. Im so disappointed in the experience with GK. Spending $650 on a statue that I wont be able to display because of broken pieces is so infuriating. GK can at least reply with answers rather than give me the run around. I will never purchase anything from them again. To all collectors of figures and statues, be warned!

It was a long wait, but I already knew that because I preordered it.

I am still waiting on a second figure that should have arrived earlier than this one, but I won't take that into account because they can't do anything if they don't have any in stock, plus it is a preorder again.

The figure I received arrived safely and it looks exactly like it does in the pictures.

I love the idea of the different payment options like direct pay and over time pay.

In most cases you are able to decide the size and sometimes for "luxury" variants. I like that.

So yeah, I had a good experience with GK :)

Awful, I paid for figure in full price and never got a refund because I didn’t pay the shipping fee. Why isn’t this included with the payment or just taking out. I am very disappointed with this!

Had to wrestle to get full reimbursement even though that was in their policy. Long support demand answer time, was very stressful.

I'll be fair an honest here. There are two different companies associated with this one: gkfigure and gkanimerch. I've never purchased from gkfigure and all my orders were from gkanimerch.
Their communication is the worst I've ever seen from a company that sells products for hundreds/thousands of dollars.
If they really have the product in stock you will eventually get it (this is normal to be slow, especially if you chose sea freight). BUT if you order a product that they claim it's "in stock" and they don't have it, forget about it. You won't see your money back and you won't hear back from them.
I refunded all my orders through PayPal that were under this circumstance but eventually I didn't get the product and now I need to search somewhere else for a higher price.
I don't recommend AT ALL!

No broken parts. Good delivery. Happy to order again.

Your response on Emails is terrible.

After a delay from over 4 months the Metal Slug 2 diorama is still not sent and you don’t give any informations when it will happen.

Delays can always happen but you have to inform about the new schedule.

I can‘t recommend this company. Sorry.

Figurine I ordered has a very good quality (yoichi yukimura) and nice variety options. Also the customer support is very friendly, helpful and quick in response.

I bought the Arataki Itto figurine and the process was very smooth, I got mine earlier than expected. The figurine is also high quality and highly detailed!
The service was very nice and patient, overall I'm happy with it.

The figure came pretty busted and gk was supposed to reach out to see what could be done to the studio but never got back to me.
