Gio has a beautiful range of stockings.
The staff have always given a first class caring service, always been on hand to answer email enquiries.
In my eyes Gio have always been 10 out of 10.
Keep up the great work everybody.

Untrustworthy!

After ordering by January 2nd, 2026, our expectations of receiving an acceptable product and proper customer service have not been met.

We did not receive the order (ordered January 2nd, 2026!) and you did not even answered several eMails. That is unacceptable. This constitutes a failure to meet basic consumer standards. We payedby credit card, so you received the money!

Our ordered goods have still not been delivered after 7 weeks by now.

Despite several attempts to contact GioStockings by email, we have not received any response.

I have also tried calling the telephone number published here on Trustpilot, but I have been unable to reach anyone.

Swift delivery

Fast service but the material on RHT stockings isn’t the same as fully fashioned stockings and the tops don’t seem to be as forgiving?

Quick to clear up any problems concerning orders and are very prompt sending out orders, usually within two days of them being placed. Great Products.

The stockings arrived in my mailbox today. It took a while, but now both orders are here. Great!

Excellent quality and colour range, 1st class products

Good experience ordering from Gio Stockings. They have a wide range of fun colours for traditional nylon stockings, coupled with multiple different heels style for Fully Fashioned Stockings. Love it very much.

Superb quality, a unique product and fast delivery.

Not recommended. After 12 days of waiting, I had to reach out to customer support to ask where my package was. Only then did I receive a response stating that it hadn’t been shipped because one item was unavailable (which, by the way, is still shown as available on the website). This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Additionally, the quality of the stockings is very poor compared to brands like Cervin, SIL, or even Ars Vivendi.

I have always been very satisfied every time I have ordered my hosiery from Gio.the quality is always their, with just a little care my stockings always seem to last me for many days of work plus many nights of dancing +what ever comes afterwards 😻.I'm a very satisfied customer.

Never bought this type of stockings before so got the imperfect ones just to try. They're brilliant so will buy perfect ones next time. Good to buy from gio good helpful staff thanks
