First time ordering
Ordering was easy and the products were as stated. I did have to wait an extra day for my delivery, which was fine, however I wasn’t contacted to let me know it would be a day late, so had to take another day off work to wait for it. Overall I was pleased with the products and would order items again.

Placed my first order
Placed my first order. Lured initially by free delivery & good prices. Originally order elsewhere with a delivery charge so cancelled that & made a saving . Also received a 1st order 5% discount for order being over £500. Would have given 5 Stars but for 2x 7ft concrete fence posts ordered arrived as 8ft. When telephoned I was told that they did not have 7ft so sent 8ft. When questioned why I was not informed they told me the yard had not informed the office. Their offer was they could collect the wrong posts for a credit & I could purchase them elsewhere. Although this would have incurred costs for them they wouldn’t offer any kind of credit to help with the cost of me having to cut them down. For a Tradie being supplied 8f posts to cut down may not have been an issue to complete the job, but as a DIYer this cost me £20 to buy a cutting disc. Hence the one star deduction. A simple phone call could have stopped my disappointment.
