Good service from start to end keep up the good work

Great service whilst in the shop & afterwards when arranging delivery of our sofa. Good experience all round.

I had a really good experience when choosing and ordering my new flooring from Gillies. The sales woman Tracy was extremely professional and knowledgeable which helped make my decisions easy and stress free. The carpet fitters were extremely professional too. They even removed all the rubbish and hoovered up before they left. I would definitely recommend this store and purchase from them again.

Screeding work carried out over three half days.
Excellent staff who were skilled at their trade.

Two very helpful guys delivered it but ready made not in a box to be made up in the house as the salesman had indicated.

Disappointed with customer service and lack of communication and a 5 month wait for goods. Very good quality when they did arrive and some staff were very helpful. I understand delays happen but we were told 6 weeks not 5 months.

Excellent service. Very helpful & accommodating staff in store. Kevin was very patient & kind. Carpet fitters were great and very pleasant. Carpet was fitted efficiently & professionally.

Delivery on time and the guys very very helpful and attentive. Only reason not 5* is that wall brackets for bookshelf were missing.

Excellent experience purchasing long distance from Gillies. Staff were super helpful on the phone processing the order and delivery folks were brilliant. We have always used Gillies when buying furniture local and its great to know buying 100miles away is a pain free brilliant experience.

Kaylie and Lynn were amazing. I went into the shop with a very short time frame for delivery and quite a list of requirements. Both ladies thought outside the box to meet all of my needs. Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with. Kevin in carpets was wonderful as were the people who surveyed the job and put the flooring down. We could not believe how smoothly everyone went and the finish is fabulous.
