10/10!!!! I was skeptical getting from a 3P but it was worth it. The tickets came the Friday before the concert day (Wednesday) it was easy access with getting the tickets onto the Ticketmaster; simple and easy instructions and made my night last night at the Bryson Tiller final Tour show. Will definitely come back in the future if I need tickets that was sold out.

Amazing service
I had problems with my tickets because, i was in another country at the time. The support team responded in an hour and we couldnt sort it at the time. The support was in constant contact with me and we got it sorted out! The concert was great and thank you gigtix, surely will buy again!

Buyer beware!
Booking & delivery of tickets was fine. Got to the venue only to be advised our tickets weren’t valid & as they were from a reseller & the original ‘owner’ could actually claim the seats. Left us hanging until 2 mins before the start before we could go in. Not the best really when you’ve travelled over two hours to the venue & booked hotels.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear of your experience which should not have happened. The venue had no right to advise you of this and hold you like that. If, as they say the original owner could claim the tickets, then they were obviously valid which we know they were as we paid for them. They do not provide any route to resell tickets for those who need to resell them and they do not provide refunds which is actually why any terms and conditions that they put on tickets can be deemed invalid. Indeed for this event we had other buyers who went in as normal so we are unsure as to why you were stopped in this way. At the end of the day however, this has been your experience and we do not like to see our customers treated this way. We will refund you £20 due to this inconvenience which will go back onto your payment method within the next few days.

Had to chase confirmation
Paid, money taken, no confirmation of how and when I wll get gig tickets and it's been a month, checked spam and not in there either. Had to find PayPal confirmation to get sellers email address. Once chased, email came through with details very quickly - maybe just a glitch

Hi there, all of our confirmations are sent immediately after purchase and we do advise to check spam folders at checkout as this can affect emails from any company especially small family businesses like ours. If our email goes into spam, most email systems delete spam after 10 days which would make it look like you hadn't received the confirmation email. In case of this we have our support system which is practically available 24/7 unless stated, and in addition every buyer has to have a Gigtix account from which to buy their tickets with. In your account you can find all of the information and more that you would have received in the original confirmation e-mail. We do advise all of our buyers of all of these facilities when they buy tickets. We are pleased you now have everything you need and are here if you need any further assistance.
