Absolutely wonderful customer service and response time, watch was ready much sooner than I expected. Extremely satisfied and will be coming back for more. Thanks!

I'd highly recommend a custom watch from Gigawatt, the attention to detail and promptness of communication made for an excellent experience. Couldn't have hoped for a better customer experience.

Consistently great watches, craftsmanship, and service. Highly recommend.

Awesome custom work, great communication. Watch sent out very quickly then a follow up to make sure it got here. Highly recommended.

Amazing. Can’t believe how good the watch looks. Customer for life. Already have the next one picked out. 1000% recommend.

What a fun shopping experience. I reached out via a Reddit message and Gigawattwatches guided me step by step through the process, always quick to answer. (do they ever sleep). I have never done this before... so this was all new to me.

I am very happy with the end product, such a nice clean style. Thank you.

Great experience , great communication , beautiful watch . Slightly smaller than I expected but that’s seiko mods . All around beautiful

Communication was top-notch the entire process. He was very patient with all of my questions and very helpful along the way. Fast shipping to an APO address. This is how a business should be run. I won’t hesitate to come back again for another watch.

Top notch builds, work, customer service, et al. Can’t recommend them more!

Gigawattwatches is the only place I trust to have work done on my watches or to buy watches from. They are absolutely committed to the art of horology and the level of detail and quality of their work is amazing. I would highly recommend.

Fast and clear communication, both with order status updates and product questions post delivery. I am very impressed by the quality of the item I received. The watch looks great, and for ~$250 you really can't get much better.

Communication and the speed at which the order was fulfilled, shipped and delivered. Could not be happier with the quality and the experience.

Joe has been very open and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I first contacted him regarding an SKX013 I purchased and planned to have him upgrade it with aftermarket parts. Long story short, the watch was lost in the mail.

He was very patient with me and listened to the vision I had for the watch. After a couple weeks, we were back to planning and scoping out parts. He assisted me with the parts search and was honest when I'd ask for his opinion of the parts.

I ordered a case kit, an oem dial, and oem 4r36 movement. He built it and did an excellent job with it. Nearly a week after, I decided I wanted a better case and I reached out to him. Lo and behold, he had just purchased a better case like I wanted and the timing couldn't have been better. I sent the watch back to him and he knocked it out of the park with the build. It truly looks like the watch has been upgraded.

Many thanks Joe!

I recently purchased a watch at Gigawattwatches and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Communication was exceptional - fast and thorough.

Watch itself is great quality and exactly what i requested. Additionally, shipping to Europe was efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommend this service for anyone

After reading other reviews and seeing his work on his Instagram page I sent him a message to request a custom build. I received a timely response and after answering some specific question about the watch he ordered the parts and built the watch. It shipped quickly and was packed nicely. Would absolutely buy from Gigawattwatches again.

I emailed asking about a watch and promptly received a response. I’d already read good things on Reddit and decided to place an order. My watch was shipped quickly and arrived extremely well packaged. I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail of the build and look forward to purchasing more in the future. Thanks again!

This guy is a wizard. I sent him a picture of a watch I liked and asked him if he could do it, while also adding some changes. He made it happen. He also kept me updated on time frames without me even asking for it. He is knowledgeable, highly communicative, and does excellent quality work. Could not be happier. GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS.
