Don’t bother using this company Giga Tyres. They take your money,don’t send the tyres out then have the cheek to tell you that you havnt paid for the tyres so therefore can’t send the tyres out. This is completely untrue and seems to be a recurring thing with this company. They’ve had my money for days and days now and I should’ve had the tyres but instead I’m currently going through a dispute with PayPal to get my £235 refunded for two tyres I bought and paid for over a week ago and it’s likely to take some time yet before my money is refunded. DO NOT USE THIA COMPANY and instead just use Black Circles.

I bought 4 Steelies and they look great. One was bent on delivery and replaced

1 Star – Extremely Poor Service & Ongoing Harassment

I have now sent nine communications disputing invoice RD55291499 and have been completely ignored. Instead of addressing my complaint, the company continues to send me payment demands – the latest of which arrived today with no mention whatsoever of the issue I’ve raised.

Here are the facts:

I ordered two tyres and have paid in full for two tyres.

The first delivery arrived with just one tyre.

After I reported this, a second delivery was arranged. Although their photo evidence may show two tyres, when I returned home there was only one tyre physically present.

I was not at home, I did not sign for the delivery, and the tyres were left at my property by a busy main road.

UK law is clear: the risk remains with the retailer and their courier until the goods are placed in the customer’s physical possession or accepted by someone authorised. Leaving items unattended at a doorway without consent or signature does not make the customer responsible.

I have taken legal advice, and this ongoing pursuit of payment for goods I have not received is now bordering on harassment. The company must pursue this with their courier, not me.

This is the final time I will repeat myself: I ordered two tyres, I received two tyres, and I have paid for two tyres. I do not owe anything further. The lack of accountability and customer service has been shocking, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

One of the worst companies that I ever dealt with!!! Giga-Tyres or Deltilog Ltd -They are doing Dropshipping, they DON'T have stock in the UK. They will only respond to your emails and calls if everything goes well for them and they have to take your money. As soon as you have an issue they will ignore you. Stay away from this company no matter what. They have very bad customer service, that almost never answer the call and they website chat option is useless. I bought on 12 of December a pair of tyres from the, and they said will deliver in 5-7 working days. I had an Europe trip to do during Christmas, and I had to leave on the 23rd. I called and asked for a feedback when will they be delivered. It took over 12 days to be brought to UK from some other country. They are doing dropshipping from other Europe depots.

Ordered tyre and paid same day. They advised it had bee. Posted however never arrived and tracking parcel did not move/update. Contacted company and they offered refund or send another out. Advised I wanted a refund however never arrived. Opened a case with PayPal and company eventually issued refund after a few weeks

Tyre was delivered later than expected. Held in customs was given as a reason. Online tracking was not possible until the last section of route. Communication was reasonable.

I ordered a set of car tyres online. The tyres were delivered to a nearby garage and fitted without problems. The fitting was charged separately by the garage, as it was made clear at the time of purchase. The company was quick to respond to one email enquiry. However, it took quite a while to receive the tyres, without any communication about progress. 8 days were stated initially, but it took 11 days. Overall a very good, but not excellent experience.
