Crooks - package never arrived and never received a refund

Ordered in January, nothing showing on tracking for 5 weeksm contacted the sales team at gigarettes after 2 weeks they replied with this has just shown up on tracking (it had been collected from the point of dispatch that day)

8 weeks later i attempt to contact them by webchat (no answer)
email (no answer )
and social medioa AGAIN NO ANSWER

DO NOT_USE THIS COMAPNY INLESS YOU CAN AFFORF TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY and that is befor you play roulette with border security and customs

Don't order from this company unless you are prepared to lose money. Read their Terms and Coditions and go ahead if you can afford to take the risk. Random checks by Border Force mean that there is every chance your goods may be seized and not delivered to you - just a letter informing you that you are guilty of illegally importing goods.

Customer service think its "sad" and "bad luck" when this happens but T's and C's mean no refund.

I looked up 'cheap cigarettes' online and got directed to something called 'gigarettes'. Their list contained some well-known brands so I ordered 400 Marlboro Lights. Having taken my name, address and date of birth (why?) theyjust said I had paid through 'Paylink' and thanks for my order. Waiting to see whether they get into my bank account since I did not enter any bank details. Otherwise, they are just collecting identities.

Parcel arrived sooner than expected. Packed well. Ciggies are okay. Will order again. Thanks guys.

I have been looking for these Balkan sobraine cigarettes world wide. Finally found an easy honest straight forward company who have sent them to me to Australia quickly with no hidden agenda. Well packaged . Thank you thank you.

First order came in 5 weeks. No issues. Next 2 orders ordered in May and June. in September i had 2 letters to say both seized by customs. So took 3 months from ordering to then find out I’ve lost £200!!! They say it’s random checks and that’s the risk you take!! How can it be random checks when both orders were ordered on different dates? No offer of refund, even on one of the orders and no apology on length of time. 3 months to find out that I’ve lost £200!!! Cheers gigarettes!!!

Cigarettes arrived, as ordered. Took about 5 weeks after ordering to arrive. Only took off a star as nobody replied to my email wondering why the tracking info wasn’t showing anything. It eventually did update after about 3 weeks once it had cleared customs from the country it came from.

yet if your order gets seized its 'tough luck'? very contradicting. £100 down the drain to not receive them and get told its not their fault.

In the end would be cheaper going to a local shop. AVOID THESE CHARLATANS

Smokes are of great quality. Menthol is not harsh. Customer service is speedy. Recommend.

First order was perfect, received in UK within two weeks. Second order not as successful. Tracking number showed package was delivered in France. I Emailed customer services and Started the ball rolling for a refund, customer services accepted my request and asked for bank details.. refund received quickly. Thanks 😊

My fav smokes arrived today with no problem! Very satisfied with service, prices and timing. Will definitely recommend to my friends. I suppose this is the only reliable space to get flavoured cigs in UK. Will order more next month.

I have ordered from this company once before. I live in the UK and I did receive my cigarettes (finally as they took months to arrive).
Placed another order in October; they were dispatched also in October and customs letter just arrived to say they have been seized. TWO MONTHS LATER.
Just emailed the company but no response and after reading the other reviews I have obviously also lost my money.
Needless to say I will not order from this company again.

SCAM! Used this company three times. Third time border force confiscated cigarettes and sent a letter informing me I could be charged and taken to court. £95 down doesn't make cigarettes any cheaper than shopping in UK, where there is no risk involved. Also seen another review, this company said they would send them again if first shipment didn't arrive. Told me I was unlucky and nothing could be done about it. More worrying is I could be charged by Revenues and customs. So this company is safe all ways no risks for them while they rake money in whether you get goods or not. Two out of three shipments receiving goods is bad odds and not worth risking a charge with tax office. Three out of three for company and no risk involved for them, why are Revenue and Customs not investigating these fraudster companies when they are frauding and making millions, yet for £95 they come after the small fish. I have been foolish, but if it saves one other person from being foolish then my work is done. Anyone or investigating company's needing any info regarding what is going on please contact me, and I can provide proof of what has happened here. I have bank details of my transactions with this company and the letter from inland Border control. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
