This is completely CarX's fault

This is completely CarX's fault. The receptionist, without checking with the receiving staff, told me that the tires was not delivered. But in actual it was delivered. So I had to make two trips to CarX which was time consuming for me.

Warranty company is a joke

This replacement tire was under warranty. I am still waiting for the reimbursement check. The warranty company said 8 weeks. That's ridiculous. That's no kind of decent warranty. I won't be buying from you again.

Tires done right and cheaply

Tires were sent to the store, put on the car and despite it taking longer than it was supposed to, would heartily recommend and will do it again when I need tires. Beats dealership and tire stores by miles.
