Its a scam, got charged never received my order. Got an email promising delivery but nothing ever came.

Do yourself a favor, cancel your order at this store NOW. Don't get scammed like me!

This company operates like a scam. They sent me no order confirmation number email. My bank charged my credit card for a customized military cap and priority mail to ensure prompt delivery. When inquiring numerous times about receiving nothing, I eventually got canned verbiage telling me they had no record of my purchase, even though they were paid, had my name, home address, telephone number and email address. They refuse to send me the Cap, which is paid for, or refund my purchase charge. This is like trying to communicate with a brick wall. They're apparently somewhere in the Far East.

I'll try and end this nightmare with your disgusting business , too
much rhetoric from your nonexistent customer service. How in the name of Jesus Christ can you continue to say your orders are generated , prepared and confirmed and not explain the image of MY ORDER ( Attached ) from your own web site order form ... Do you honestly believe I can manufacture the embossed wallet have it confirmed and not be out of my mind for your continuous bungling. An absolute disaster Your name, I must be communicating with a programmed AI robot that Cannot apply any COMMON SENSE to this entire shameful process. Shame to you, I wish you failure and poor future. .... You must know I will leave the most atrocious review of your business, your practice, your customer service, your product and your bungling of this situation you make me sick.

absolutely terrible, took 2 months to receive the wrong wallet, they kept saying I ordered the wrong one .after I sent them a screen shot of the order, they admitted they were wrong and said they would send another one, I said I would rather have a refund, they said they couldn't do a refund because they had already sent another one which was a lie, it's been 2 more months and I have received nothing

Giftworldvip defrauded me. Never received the wallet I paid for. Why are they still allowed to advertise on Facebook. This company is located in either Japan or China.

Do not order from this company!! It is a scam.
I placed an order for a Veteran for a Christmas gift December 11th, and it’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t received it. I have asked for a refund, and they won’t refund your money. This is a foreign company and correspondence is poor and the tracking information given is a false link and doesn’t include any information.
Report them to your bank as fraudulent.

Never sent wallet. One answer to my email and they blamed multitude of orders and production delays. Company is a scam. Avoid them.

Save yourself, some grief they have no none workable customer service. I ordered one they shipped me the wrong one I asked for a refund or return information they said after 13 contacts not their problem that's my $41 down the drain now I have a military wallet with E3 Chevron on it when I'm an E9 CSM
