Total Scam!
Ordered two Advent calendars. One of the calendars was not what I ordered. Both calendars were not what was advertised and terrible quality. It also took over a month to get. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because they wouldn't give me a full refund. The product ships from China. The good reviews are clearly fake.

When I ordered, I was given a total that included "free shipping." What they failed to disclose is that the package would come with fraudulent postage and I would have to pay the required postage in order to get my order. Items were made of poor quality, and damaged. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Zoe was very helpful in refunding my order. I made a mistake and didn’t mean to order items. Thanks so much for your help.

I greatly appreciate the updates daily. My item was damaged in shipping and now it’s being replaced. Amazing customer service!! I would definitely order again..

The products were not something I was recommended to trust. However, the customer service was easy enough to refund if needed. They were kind and quick, mine was named Zeo Jones.

Scam site. They will send the wrong item and only refund when you send it back to China. They sent wrong item even after asking for a refund when told the original item was out of stock
BUYER BEWARE

What a bunch of crooks. I placed an order and after a certain amount of time I checked in. They provided me with a website and tracking order. NONE OF THE SITES WORKED! I'M REPORTING THEM FOR FRAUD.

The Customer Service is wonderful. Had questions about my order and they got back to me quickly and are very friendly.

My package was lost in the mail and without hesitation they offer replace my order

They sell great items. They communicate well with there customers. I would shop with them in the future if I see they have something else I might want

I bought a gift for my spouse and had 1 of 2 products ordered come in incorrect!.. Jaime was so helpful and fixed the problem in a timely matter.. i waited until the product arrived to make sure that all issues were handled!!

There was an issue with one of the glasses ordered, it was disappointing and I didn’t have the time to order another set. I contacted customer support and they were very good about offering me a partial refund on my order which I received within a week of my initial contact. Charlotte was extremely helpful and very attentive to my issue.

Ordered two different team whiskey glasses and they are not even close to the pictures on their website. They are cheap and the stickers are crooked and overlapping. I have emailed them now for a refund. We’ll see…if not, I’ll go through my credit card.

Everyone was wonderful getting me the items I purchased in a timely manner. Heidi and Charlotte were exceptional with helping move my order along as I needed it for a present.

I ordered Buffalo Bills glasses but Detroit Lions glasses arrived. Even though the order was wrong, the glasses seem to be quality and they offered to send me the correct ones. Their customer support is the best.
